Looks good to me.
I'd prefer if these were sent to Ine and company directly, rather than in this thread, though. So that way he can send this along with their name for Secret Santa.

I'm only making a post of this because I left the last one saying I'd think about it, but I'll pass. For me, giving out personal details is a sign of trust, and not something I do without strict control over who has them. Additionally, I've got enough people RL that I want to buy gifts for this time around to make up for past years of poverty that I'd rather not toss another obligation into the mix.
In the extremely, extremely unlikely event that anyone wants to give something tangible to me personally and they don't already have my address, they can always PM me for it.

Okay so I'm going to need people to fill this out and send it to me with the address they are using. Additionally I really want to emphasize that it's preferred that you create/make something over just buying something for someone. Of course we aren't going to say you can't, but don't feel a need to go all out this is just for fun and because we enjoy doing it.
What are some hobbies you have?
What are somethings you are a fan of?
Is there anything you need to tell your Secret Santa? (Can't receive X-type of gift.)
Also feel free to add whatever you want as information.
I will take what I have by the 26th and assign people. If you get it in after that I'll try to assign people who come in late together.
Best secret santa gift? Something you give to the other person's character in character and mail to the person out of character...give the gift of a thread X3
Here is a friendly reminder to save enough money to send a letter to someone. The last couple of years we've had many people who swear they couldn't spare 0.35 0.38 for a stamp.
Hey I'm serious. People told me that if I gave them more advance warning they would have been able to afford shipping a letter but, as it was, they couldn't even afford a stamp because they overspent on holiday spending. I picked up the slack and sent stuff out to their matchups instead...in retrospect I should have paypal'd them the 40 cents.
I arranged it all and my person sent me nothing. Sad panda.
Happened to me in 2012.
The only real way to do this is to start signups in November. Have people get their shit together BEFORE they sign up. Even if they just want to send a home-made card or hand-written letter, buy the stamp, envelope, paper and pen and then sign up. If the random person you get assigned to is such that your inspired to buy more, buy more. But not sending at least the bare minimum is kinda sad.
