In light of the 3.0 changes, I'd like to change my layout and Powers as follows.

Shikai: Genshi Description Shun is able to shift his Zanpakutō's physical presence temporarily into the Garganta, allowing it to pass through physical impediments before being returned to this world.
Effect Shun has three Phase Charges. At the cost of a Phase Charge, Shun's blade may pass through physical impediments and force an opponent's Block Check to be Skill-only against Shun's Resonance. If Advantaged to their blocking skill, the strike will only be reduced by a single wound tier. If Superior to their blocking skill, the strike will do full damage.
Bankai: Mukei no Tachi Description Shun is able to shift his body's physical presence temporarily into the Garganta, allowing it to pass through physical impediments before being returned to this world.
Effect Shun still has three Phase Charges. At the cost of two Phase Charges, Shun may shift his body's physical presence away and perform a Skill-only Dodge check using Resonance. If Equivalent Combatants or better, Shun fully avoids all damage.
Evolved Zanpakutō Description Shun is now able to shift his body completely into the Garganta, and immediately back again, to create a form of teleportation and inter-dimensional travel.
Effect Shun still has three Phase Charges but gains an additional one when Resonance and Zanpakutō Evolution are both at Grandmaster.
At the cost of one Phase Charge, Shun may actionlessly change ranges without a Check as long as it does not first involve avoiding an attack. At the cost of two Phase Charges, Shun may actionlessly escape combat outright without a Check.

Pursuant to this Retirement Request being approved, I am noting that Shun Minamoto is hereby officially retired.
His Total GP is 22,097 and I have no desire to do a final Milestone or Claim. This gives me an additional 11,048 Carryover GP to add to the 2,948 already possessed, documented in this post.
My final total for Carryover GP is therefore 13,996 GP.
