Flake's ears perked up when the Arrancar spoke, his head turned a bit eyeing the woman carefully, though he remained where he was, pulling more and more energy from the girl's hands. Kasumi really didn't mind, though she had just offered Agnes some tea, and keeping her guest outside would be impolite. Therefore she retreated her hands from the Hollow, hearing him let out a soft growl. Obviously he wasn't satisfied yet, though he'd need to wait if he wanted a bit more.
"Yea, he got a bit too big to be inside of the house, he used to be soooooooooo small! Like this!"
In order to help Agnes with imagining Flake's original size, Kasumi kept her hands about a foot apart from each other. A bright smile was painted on her face. He had been so adorable! Well, in a way he still was, but back then the Hollow's teeth weren't strong enough to painfully pinch her from time to time. Feeling his nose nudging against her hip, Kasumi gently pushed the Hollow to the side, before making her way into the cabin. She could see out of the corner of her eye how Agnes followed, while the displeased wolf stayed behind. It was sad, and the girl felt a bit guilty about it, but she really couldn't bring him into her current residence. He could easily ruin the place, and Kasumi quite liked it here, enough to not wanting to have it leveled down to the ground.
Soon enough the tea was brewed and put on the table. Kasumi loudly rummaged through a cupboard on the side, trying to find some ointment and bandages. It really had to be somewhere there, she could still remember the words 'I'll put the medical kit there-', so it had to be somewhere there. Ah! Bingo! She had found it! Kasumi's fingers had briefly caressed the surface of the kit and she was about to pull it out when Agnes' words hit her like a ton of bricks. Get rid of him?! Turning, she took out the kit, as her eyes widened in disappointment, she really couldn't help but to pout and sulkily bring out.
"But I like him."
Whining, Kasumi sat down on the floor, ignoring the Arrancar for now while opening the kit. She quickly dug through the things inside of it, finding something that should help to ease the burning and accelerate the healing process. While applying it, the girl found her vision blurring all of a sudden. Struggling to get the bandages right, Kasumi had to bite her lip to keep her emotions back. She didn't want for Agnes to take her friend, and the Arrancar could easily do just that, which wasn't fair in the child's eyes. By the time that the girl had sloppily done the bandages, calmed down and gotten up, her tea had already lost most of its heat. With big sad eyes she stared at the cup of tea, wondering why she always had to lose those close to her. And while the Hollow was a special case, Kasumi had gotten attached to it, which didn't make the things easier. They had played quite a lot, running around the mountain area, hunting little animals and he even used to sleep next to her, though that was even before her moving in with Alexandra.
The girl had left Flake outside of the city once, thinking that he might need his freedom, but after a few days, the growing wolf had returned. Somehow, the creature was able of effortlessly tracing Kasumi. Perhaps it was her lack of reiatsu control, that left her rather exposed for most of the time. Kasumi contemplated the few options that she had after listening to the gentle scolding. Looking up from her cup, she knew that she wasn't ready to give in just yet.
"Can I keeeeeeeep him? He doesn't bite often at all!"
Unaware that she was simply confirming Agnes' words, Kasumi hoped that the Arrancar would give up on the whole matter, and leave it alone. Her hands had slipped toward the tepid cup and started to play with it. While her body was doing nothing productive, her mind was trying to come up with more reasons to why Flake should simply stay where he was.
"It's been months since I brought him home, and- and he didn't do anything bad. And I like him! I wouldn't hurt him."
The kid ended, thinking that Agnes might have the idea that Kasumi was somehow bad for the Hollow. Of course she had to admit that the Arrancar knew more about the Hollows, about life. So she was probably right, but Kasumi was too stubborn to admit.
"What if someone will try to eat him if you take him there? Would you save him?"
She asked with a small voice, studying Agnes' face. Not that she would notice if the woman would lie. Kasumi happened to be a bit naive from time to time, or maybe, most of the time. Yes, the girl posed a lot of questions. Though, she always chose to believe whatever answer she would get.
