First Release Power Effects: Those under the influence of the power become afraid. Power Description: Upon release, Marshal seems to lose his humanity. His skin turns ash grey, his hair seems to disappear and his nails become claws. His body seeps a liquid that causes those that come in contact with it to become afraid. This is most effective if administered directly to the bloodstream but can be absorbed through the skin. It's important to note that they don't necessarily become afraid of him, rather they just become afraid of everything. The liquid affects each person differently, and as such it's up to the individual what becomes the most terrifying.

Marshal, hey!
So, in light of Raphael deleting his account (hate it when this happens, causes so many problems with post management) I won't even both requiring the typical closing post. Feel free to make one, get a little extra GP, but Raphael is pretty clearly gone.
So, your claim is approved. Do keep in mind that, as written, your Power won't have any mechanical effects -- which is totally fine! Also keep in mind that Resonance is a Universal Skill and I wouldn't both renaming it for that reason.
With those details covered, your new layout is approved and I'll get your sidebar! Feel free to move the proposed changes, with the details I've mentioned edited, into your main Stats and Skills post.

I've done the edits (aside from power stuff because I'm afraid I'll need your help with those Shun) but I don't especially feel up to writing an exit post.
Now, the real reason for this post, flavor text for Marshal's Release Sealing!
Clarity: Being a master in Reiatsu Perception, Marshal has come to develop a deeper uderstanding of what it means for him to be a Fullbringer. He's gone above and beyond the ability to perceive the innate souls of objects around him and is now able to delve into the souls of other beings. By flexing his own will on their soul Marshal is able to stifle their ability to use their releases. How it feels varies from person to person but, generally, Marshal means the individual no harm. In fact, he seeks to use this ability to end violence and conflict.
Clarity costs an action and may be used once per thread on any active Releases. Does not affect any Release with an indefinite duration. Novice:Novice: Drains one Round from the Release Timer. Proficient:Proficient: Drains two Rounds from the Release Timer. Master:Master: Drains three Rounds from the Release Timer and may be used on a Release that is not yet active.
