Hello! I have 7011 Retirement GP. I'll be investing 3,300 into Genki, which raises his total "starting GP" to 6,100 (3,400 + 2,800) and this makes his BGP 3,050 (6,100 / 2)
I now have 3711 in retirement pool
Additionally, Genki has collected 224 from posts as per my previous bank. Total GP is now 6,324 and I will simply spend it all over again to make things read cleanly.

Hello! Since I have never, and never will, put a single point into Kido I might as well get on with that second custom. Submitting for approval! Please feel free to engage me in improving/refining this skill.
Custom Skill: Impact Many swordsmen pride themselves on their ability to cut, or on their ability to cleave through a defense with precise strikes, or their ability to be nimble and agile anywhere on the battlefield. Genki's a bit beneath that. Or maybe he's a bit above all of that; I'm not sure. Regardless of your interpretation, one thing that should be abundantly clear is that Genki Ogawa is at his best when he tries to strike really hard. Whether it be his brutish fighting style or his unabashed directness in tactics, his hits ring through whatever they hit in such a way that, even if no bones are broken and no blood is spilled, the target feels the hit in every nerve fiber of their being. The brief jolt or slight stun may not cause much pain, but the temporary setback can be all the more opportunity needed to bring a fight to its conclusion.
"I'd tell you that you'll be sore in the morning, but I don't think I have to say it."
Beginner: Edged weapons are supposed to cut, so using his Zanpakuto for a less than ideal purpose takes some readjustment. At this rank, his strikes may leave an opponent feeling a little numb in their sword arm, or they may experience increased bruising and swelling where struck, but there is little noticeable effect beyond this narrow scope.
Novice: Finally beginning to show understanding of how to wield his weight and focus it into something blunt, every hit from Genki (whether soaked, blocked, or deflected) flushes the target with a jarring, albeit brief, wave. This effect normally translates in a slight reduction in foot speed for the afflicted.
Journeyman: The reverberations imparted by each hit are now so severe that, when an opponent blocks, running away or escaping his range is nearly impossible without a moment to recover. Defenders who have an equal or higher rank in Shunpo can still make an escape without adverse effect
Expert: The sudden jolt as he brings his weight and his wrath to bear on you? It's now as strong and persistent as a church bell on Sunday morning. The general effects of Beginner and Novice rank are amplified.
Master: The shock of the hit now rings so hard that, if blocked, the wound reduction is less effective by one rank.

When I sank my retirement GP into Octavia and Genki, I did so with the intention of Octavia being my main character going forward. Obviously, that did not work out for me. Had I known then what I know now, I would have done my expenditure different. I think it would be inappropriate of me to ask for all that GP back, so what I'd like to ask, instead, is to transfer 900 off of Octavia's retirement GP and sink it into Genki.
Neither Genki nor Octavia have had a Milestone, and I don't believe the difference in GP will change anything canonical in either regard.
If you think this is reasonable, I'll clarify the expenditure and my new GP totals.

If I'm so allowed, I would see no problem with this. If I don't have authority to approve this, I can call bri, just give me a ping.

I have updated my mechanics per the new system. My power does not require any changes. I left my Universal Skills (and Resonance) the same as they were before. My minor skills / secondary skills of choices are Art of Killing and Indomitable Will. The former will be Proficient, the latter will be Novice, for a total of 7,400 GP distributed.
you made a silly in your opening paragraph saying you had spent 7,400, but since you later corrected it in your actual write up, i suppose i'll let it slide this once.
oh, and, in the future, please don't update your stats and skills post until after your claim has been approved.
Welcome!
