I'm not sure I follow. The main power is listed under "Andromeda, First Power," where it gives a brief description of the overall ability. As more techniques are unlocked, I detail what they are and what they do in relation to the main power. I should change that and shoehorn it into a single blurb? If so, that's okay, I just want to be sure.

ANDROMEDA First Power
Power Description: In the same spirit of Osamu's own episodes of interaction with his inner spirit, Andromeda's first release seems to center around battlefield control -- the assertion of will over opponents, not dissimilar to Andromeda's own relationship with Osamu. At the beginning stages of this power, Osamu is able to manifest a singularity of varying sizes and intensity with incredible gripping powers. If individuals aren't outright sucked in towards the singularity, then they find maneuvering in and around the battlefield to be incredibly taxing. As his skill with his blade increases, hopefully so will his mastery of the blade's power and utility. Power Effect: Osamu's Spirit v. Opponent(s) Speed, then Osamu's Resonance v. Opponent(s) Hoho. So long as Osamu remains advantaged, opponents are trapped in "melee range," for the purposes of ranged combat. While successfully influenced by this ability, ranged checks shift once in Osamu’s favor.
Is that better?
Edit: when this thread gets moved to approved, I will have 3,370 Death GP in my pool, and I'd like to dump 2,000 of that into stats, raising Osamu to 150 Reiatsu.
I haven't verified this myself, but I heard there was even shit as recently as him threatening to bring in Hazumi to deal with people who don't like Otto. Nothing forces you to pay attention like a "If you ignore or go against my my prestige level Shinigami gon' attack you." statement.

How's this??

(ignore the struck out bit above, unless it's preferred to the unstruck bit)
With 3,370 in my Retirement pool, I'd like to dump 2,000 of that into stats, and spend 1,000 of it on a mastery slot, raising Osamu to 150 Reiatsu, combining the remainder for a new unspent total of 575, and dropping 400 from that to raise Shunpo to Master rank, for a new and final unspent total of 175.
2,987 base gp (1,500 old base, 2,987.5 new, rounded to 2987) 4,475 earned gp 4,800 spent gp 175 unspent gp 5,975 total gp 3,000 gp spent on stats 1,800 gp spent on skills 1,000 gp spent on mastery slot
you've got 3,370 GP in your retirement pool you drop 1,000 of this straight into a mastery, leaving you with 2,370 GP (the mastery slot GP is not added to the character, it's spent straight from the pool)
your starting GP was 2,500 (default + grade), and to that you're adding 2,370, which gives you 4,870 starting Total and thus 2,435 Base.
Add the sum of your claims to this total, so 4,870 + 105 and you've got your new figures:
4,975 Total GP 2,435 Base GP one new mastery

sorry if my last post was unclear; that wasn't me approving your numbers and whatnot. i was only commenting on the power. but looks like otto got to that bit before i got home so no harm no foul, i suppose.
anyways, your stats, mastery, and power all look fine to me

Now that it’s at least approved, Otto and I were talking and, well, he convinced me maybe the power doesn’t need a check after all? Something to the degree of “it takes away a defender only buff, doesn’t buff self.” Not entirely sure, but the thought is obviously more appealing that way. My argument is that instead of doing anything to opponents outright, like sucking them into a singularity and damaging them, or outright devising their speed or dodge checks (maybe at master...) I’m changing the way my character functions with a small aspect of the system at the cost of my first release.

I would like to claim some inactive threads, please.
Calibration with 2,298 words and 45GP. Midnight Snack with 7,981 words and 157GP. Blink with 1,339 words and 26GP. Heat Treating with 1,621 words and 32GP. Prep Work with 1,102 words and 22GP. This is for a total of 282GP in a claim. I will then purchase 15 Reiatsu.

I had 32 unspent from my last claim for an available total of 316; sorry I should have noted that. But with the cap, I’ll just go ahead and bring Speed to 75 (+5 for 100GP) , swap my unused Skill Sealing skill for the Stat Sealing skill, raising it from novice to the next one up for 200GP. I should have 16 in the bank, then, with 6,316 total.
