As I believe we've cleared up that numbers issue a couple posts ago (My total GP being wrong, even though it wasn't and I was factoring in the grading GP), I'm here to claim more growth points! And probably spend a few. SO!
This takes my total from 1996 GP to 2011 GP. It also gives me a total banked GP of 211. Which makes my Base/Total/Banked...
1500/2011/211
Or it would. Haha. If I wasn't spending some of that tasty GP. I'll raise Zanjutsu from Journeyman to expert for a whopping 200 GP, making my new layout something like this.
for a total of... 96 GP, no duh. I'll then be using that 96 and 4 more from my GP bank to raise Zanpakuto Resonance from Novice to Journeyman. Bankai Checklist: 4/6

Im spending 200 of that base total banked on reiatsu, raising me up to 70. Ill distribute it like this: Reiatsu:70 Strength:20 Spirit:10-->20 Defense:10 Speed:20
Ill put another 50 into rei perception, giving me novice rank rei perception.

Custom Skill:
Shibun Kanri (Water Manipulation)
Description: Shibun Kanri is an ability possessed by Kirito. By causing his reiatsu to gain the properties of liquid by converting it into a much more fluid form as opposed to its usual grainy properties, Kirito can produce and manipulate water, and manipulate the water surrounding him into various defensive and offensive techniques. It can also be used to manipulate water in other substances with a single layer of water mixture. For example, if Kirito wanted to absorb water from a tree, drying it out and shriveling it nearly instantly, he could, as the water is stored as pure liquid inside of the tree, not mixed in with any other substances. However, if Kirito wanted to remove the water out of coffee, he could not, as it would be mixed it with several other things, and the coffee would not have the presence of pure water in it. It is because of this that he cannot remove the water from humans and shinigami, as they mix their water in with blood and several other substances.
Skill Ranks: Beginner - Kirito can produce small quantities of water, but is inefficient at it. He can manipulate about as much water as you would need to fill a water gun, and create just about has much as well. His attacks can do little more than sting the opponents, and his defensive abilities are practically non existent.
Novice - Kirito can now reliably produce enough water to fill a bathtub to the brim, and control just as much as well. He can now manipulate and draw from multiple bodies of water at once, and can now shape his attacks into more than just simple water gun type bullets. He can form piercing needles that stab, cutting blades of water that cut, and shields that slow melee attackers and block weak ranged projectiles.
Journeyman - Kirito can control enough water to fill the average pool, and produce water for long periods of time without tiring himself. He can create large waves of water to crush enemies, form spears and tentacles to whip and pull in his enemies. His use is far more varied now. He can drain the water in a tree with some time, though isn't skilled enough to revive it. He can mend burns with his water as well, though it takes about an hour. His jets and blasts of water can tear through wood with ease, acting like a drill due to the sheer pressure.
Expert - Kirito is now able to control enough water to fill a natural stream, or even a large pond. He can create whirlpools on land, bring trees back to life in an instant by simply re-hydrating their roots and leaves, and can block very powerful spells and ranged abilities with his shields, able to incubate explosions and stop powerful melee attackers in their tracks, trapping them in a bubble of water, or creating an ornate water creation shaped like an octopus to restrain enemies for interrogation. His jets can grind stone into rubble, and his weapons are truly powerful, almost feeling solid. He can also now breath underwater by creating a bubble around his head.
Master - When mastered, a user of water manipulation experiences a unique effect. The ability to resist dehydration and heat exhaustion. The amount of water they subconsciously produce makes them practically immune to the effects of heat, as they can heal burns in an instant and re-hydrate themselves in the blink of an eye. Kirito's shields now block all but the strongest of attacks, and he can control and produce enough water to fill a small lake. He can create colossal tidal waves, and destroy bunkers with his attacks. Truly, he controls most aspects of water at this point.

Sorry, boss. That's far too close to a power. Unless you want to build water manipulation off of something else you're doing with Kido, your character really has no basis for a skill like this. Characters do not get to have just extra innate power-like abilities such as this.

That's returning as 47 for me! Luckily you chose to bank that last GP, so no issues with your spending.
Approved with the following numbers:
2100/3150/000
Congratulations on your mastery!
Keep in mind not to update your skill tracker until a member of staff has approved or fixed your claim. I've said it before, I hope a third time won't be necessary.
