Maybe taking the subway hadn't been his best idea.
The boy quickly weaved his way out of the mass of people pooling out from the open doors of the train and came to a stumbling stop in the station plaza. Placing his hands on his knees, Zor exhaled loudly. He could have just faded through the people due to him not being in his gigai, or better yet just traveled by foot, but something about experiencing all the newness of technology had drawn him to this place. Not to mention the crowd of people.
Not but an hour ago, Zor had been strolling through the artificially lit streets of Tokyo, gawking at the moving signs and talking pictures. Not that he was behind on modern technology, but hearing about it and seeing it were two different things. The lights, the sounds, the people. I mean, holy shit, there were a lot of people. If Zor had decided to go in his gigai there was no way he would have been able to make it through the sea of people that had been walking the street and had ended up pushing him into the subway station. Purely out of curiosity, Zor followed the masses onto the train and found himself crammed into a tight space by ugly, pretty, old, and young people alike for the next hour.
And now he found himself in a completely different station, looking around at the people as they waited and rushed about, so caught up in their own little world to even say a passing hello to those around them. The black haired boy straightened his back and shifted his knife-like Zanpakuto in his hand. Normally it'd be a hazard to carry a sharp object like that in an open space, but the damned spirit within the blade refused to ever be sheathed. Something about it being humiliating or whatever. Nevertheless, Zor was forced to carry it out in the open. He smoothed his hair back, though it stubbornly fell right back into the same place, and sighed again.
"I'm bored, Kuroi Tsume!" He exclaimed aloud then crossed his arms and shifted his weight onto his left side.
'Let's find ourselves a Hollow then,' the dark, husky voice of his Zanpakuto echoed in Zor's mind.
Zor rolled his eyes then started walking, making his way to the exit of the station. "I don't think fighting a Hollow in this crowded of an area is all that smart, Papetto." The feminine boy slipped passed a cluster of teenagers who had gathered to talk about something regarding what Zor could only assume was a drug. "Besides, it's pretty dark out. I should head back to the barracks soon." Casually, as if without a single care in the world, Zor started making his way up the steps that would lead him out to the busy streets.
