Pitter patter, pitter patter, pitter patter.
A figure loomed in the darkness of the door way, light barely touching their face. They stood no more than 5 feet, but could be seen as a menacing child. Possibly, at its best? The figure that stood there held the uniform of squad two, and a white haori on her. On the back, which was not visible was the isigna for her squad. Looking at the room before her, the captain of the second division was notably annoyed. Stepping forward into the room, her black hair swayed while she eyed a cowering uniformed shinigami. "You know I prefer when the exiles stay out of the Imperial Court Squads business. But, since you could not do so, I was put forward to hunt your sorry ass down. Do you have any clue HOW much that pisses me off?"She looked rather calm despite the snarl that rode in her voice, her aquamarine eyes looking placid like calm water before a large storm.
"I did-"
"Save it for someone who cares, I do not." Kasumi murmured softly, slowly withdrawing her sword from the sheath that housed it. The blade glimmered like it was screaming for blood, behind her two squad members filed in the room. They both looked worried not wanting to see a fight be released in such a contained area. Then something happened that they hadn't expected. The thin, gangly shinigami they had been hunting had made the worst mistake possible.
The sound of clashing swords filled the air while Kasumi tipped her head back sighing. "Go ahead, I'll let you have the first cut." She purred softly, both of the division members knew how cruel it was to dash the man's hopes of escape but maybe it had gotten to that point seeing as how she did not seem to care in the least. Her lips curled into a delicate smile, while she moved her hands down, with out a second delay the blade of the other shinigami came crashing to her shoulder, but did nothing to her. It sliced through the clothing but the skin was unharmed at all. Grasping the blade she shoved it upward and then gut punched the shinigami while he was in shock.
Letting the prone body fall to the ground she glanced at the two squad members, nodding her head for them to take the shinigami away. She didn't want to see his sorry ass any longer than her job required her to. Her eyes scoured the room for a moment, making sure nothing was left before she exited from the small cramped building. Its rotting smell was annoying her, she just wanted to go home and relax a little. Not put up with annoying punk assed shinigami who did not respect the squads protecting the world. Kasumi, don't you think you're being fueled a little too much by my power? Look at how much you taunted the poor shinigami. Kasumi merely ignored the spirit, continuing to stride down the road.
Then she paused, squinting her eyes. WHAT. THE. HELL? An arrancar, in her area? Ohhh no, no no, this was SO not going to fly. Her hand touched the blade that hung from her hip, while her white haori waved in a breeze. It looked like a child playing dress up in all honesty, what threat was she to the arrancar? "May I ask why you're in this realm? This isn't a place for your type." She hissed, staring down the arrancar, vehemence showing in her eyes.
