The night was young, although for the shinigami that was under the giant globe in the sky, it had been long. Watching various creatures mill about. Shifting ever so slightly, her black hair swayed in a cold breeze, which brought a very faint oath from her mouth. Although the words were muffled under the scarf that she wore, her lage blue peepers took in the night air while she mulled over what to do with her sword. She had not fed it any blood lately, so it was effecting her. Her emotions seemed to be swaying more so lately, going towards the end of gray, become a dull gray scale on the world. Staring in silence for a moment into the night air, the petite woman seemed at ease, her haori fluttering in the breeze before she shook her head, there had been sightings of hollows in this area, coming because they felt a strong reiatsu, so she was merely here to check the comotion, but so far the night remained dull. They had sent her to gather data and return but she didn't know if she even had any data beyond the few flucxuations of power every once in awhile.
Shifting slightly, the girl lifted her head to stare up into the moon, looking lost in her thoughts. What would happen if the shinigami fell to the forces that lurked about? What would become of the so called order in the area? She was not as naive as everyone told her, it was merely a facade so that she would be left alone. Dropping one of her hands to the blade at her side she smiled. She never wore colours, even her scard was gray, the only colour that seemed to show on her was the strange looking eyes that seemed out of place for someone of Japenese descent. But she did not mind, it made her different from her peers, although some of them had purple eyes, and gold, she never understood those types, but she assumed it was much akin to how a hollow's eyes changed colour from their normal human colour. She did not dislike either of the races, but, in fact was curious. She never really caught a hollow and took it apart to find out how it ticked since that was division four's work, but she did have some notes on various shinigami.
One of those Shinigami was a man of the name Kyousuke Tsukimiya, a former squad member of second, and then fourth. The information on his death had been sparce, the true reason behind his death wasn't known. All they truly had to go off of was the crime scene, and that didn't seem like enough information to believe he was dead. "Self exiled more likely." She muttered to herself on these thoughts before closing her eyes to mull over the data she knew. They had the man's glasses in the information back at base. It was a shame he had died after all he seemed to be of some value. More than she could say about a lot of shinigami's she had met recently. Standing in the silence of the night the petite shinigami wondered what to do, she could do her own personal research on the matter and find out the truth, or let sleeping dogs lie. Shifting slightly the shinigami shook her head.
She shouldn't meddle what was already written in the data, so, she walked slowly towards the edge of the roof, her current mission seemed to be a bust. Sighing, she shifted slightly before stepping up onto the edge of the room. She paused only for a second to stare downwards, before starting to walk along the edge of the roof. She wondered if the other shinigami's on patrol had seen anything yet. She didn't know if they would, but it was worth asking them for some form of data.
"The wonders of the inner demons." She whispered, before leaping off the roof, landing on the ground below. Shadows were all around her as she walked along the edge of the old warehouse.
