This isn'tthe first time the Second has bothered me over this but it will be the last. It has been explained and I have explained multiple times, I'm not doing it again. I'd strongly advise you to hide your post as well considering its very unbecoming of an Interpersonal Staff member and is damaging to your own image. Beyond that I just flat out don't want to hear about the subject anymore, I got tired of it around the sixth or seventh time so we're done with it. Oddly enough this isn't even a second incident since I just quoted from the first which was already hand waved but anyways...Shiny? Shiny. As far as Vaizards go I'm quite knowledgeable on the subject and I fully intend to make that information as public as I see safe, you'll note how frankly I handle the subject at this point in time. Not that, as has been stated, this isn't an OOC post in an OOC board in an OOC thread...

Or mail her [CLIP OUT SUNDAY SAVINGS COUPONS]. Whatever is appropriate in your culture.

That post of Kyou's doesn't explain how you know about the nest. Which is still a thing people are questioning. It's more of an OOC thing or reads that way for sure. Also no need to get so testy when people are saying you wouldn't know about the nest.

I was unclear, when I said I was done with the 2nd Division bothering me about I meant to say I was done with the topic entirely. Leave it alone. I don't feel its worthwhile for me to get angry over this completely asinine subject.

On a more relevant note I feel I should clarify that in light of some recent issues brought to my attention regarding forced or unintentional mutations...
Deliberately pursuing Hollow powers is punishable, if circumstances should conspire to make you into a half-breed monster outside of your will then while you are still legally liable for execution on a whim you will not be executed immediately, so long as you have use. All Vaizards, should they choose to reveal themselves, will instead be monitored until such time as their risk outweighs their benefit. Rest assured that your condition is still fatal, when you've outlived your usefulness you will be put to death until such time as a method of extraction is devised. This, however, only applies if I am informed directly; if I have to discover it or find out from other sources then you will be considered to be conspiring and will be punished appropriately. It is in your best interests to do one or the other:
Announce yourself and be counted.
OR
Completely and totally conceal yourself.
If you deviate and pursue a grey path then you will, most likely, be slain. If things proceed as I expect they will, your identity will be known to Captain Jomyaku, Captain Chinda (or is it Captain Kiriko?), and Captain Commander Ine. This means that all relevant parties will be in the know and may, at any time, terminate your employment and life if they deem it appropriate and no part of the law will second-guess them. It is unsavory to accommodate and deal with half-breed monstrosities but it is an unfortunate consequence of the times, if you remain a useful soldier then you will be used as such but if you fancy yourself something else...well, you know the drill.
Any Vaizards wishing to announce themselves may set up an appointment and speak with me, during the appointment and within the confines of the 6th Division you will be granted immunity until the terms of your ailment are determined. You will be required to don your mask and submit to a photo in the presence of Vice Captain Hi-To (Vice Captain Kohara?) for record keeping. If you have not yet developed to the point of masking you will be turned over to the 3rd Division for treatment to delay the process or reverse it as able. If you refuse to be treated you will be considered hostile and disposed of as such, this avenue of legal greyness is not intended to allow for a cop-out and is rather crafted to enable good men who suffer from bad luck to remain in the employ of the Soul Society.
If you are simply seeking immunity for something you deliberately pursued then your poker face had better be solid enough to bluff through Kiriko (protip: it probably isn't) otherwise its gallows time~
The decision to house a Vaizard is overturnable by Captain Commander Kenshou at any time and your status as a protected Vaizard can, and very well might, end at his desk. Thats the risk you have to take I suppose...

my previous posts have absolutely nothing to do with my capacity as a Interpersonal Department member, and are solely the concerns and objections of the player, and I see no need to hide it because of that. however since garra has expressed a desire to not talk about that aspect of the post anymore then I will comply in this thread.

IC I'm well aware of the Vaizard, and anyway it wouldn't be surprising that higher ups knew. There are numerous ways we could find out identities IC. Stay tuned, and shit bricks.
