Not that I'd be obligated to lie in response to any questions you may have, but that's usually how these things have gone in the past. Good thing I don't remember any of that.
So, I'm Knowledge, the latest (and apparently, greatest) Transcendental, but I think most of you know me only as Kyousuke Tsukimiya, the Swordbreaker—a name I'm afraid I'm no longer familiar with. When I'm not hanging out in the Library, odds are you'll find me in that garden Wish keeps—or you'll squeeze past me me in a crowded room, or I'll be sitting at the next table. Who knows, really?
Well, I suppose I do.
In any case, my work (and my hobbies, actually) take me far and wide, and I've got a bit of a soft spot for humanity. Really can't get enough of them, whether they're alive or dead. They're fascinating creatures, and in one way I suppose they're the reason I even exist in the first place. You can learn a lot from people. As it happens, people can learn a lot from me.
I won't pretend I know everything—I only know what I know, after all—but odds are I know a little thing about you that nobody else does. Normally, that wouldn't be a huge deal. Normally, people would let it go unmentioned.
Me, though? I'm the kind of guy that will pass you in a hallway without a word, stop and turn to ask you some very pointed questions about that deep, dark secret that you thought nobody knew. Thing is, I love a good chat. About anything, really (here's a hint, though: it's probably about you).
Whether or not you walk away from our conversation enlightened is really up to you. I'm sure you could stand to learn a thing or two about this, that and the other (or about yourself), and the only real requirement is that you listen. And I mean really listen.
I'll admit it now, though: I don't always play by the rules. Sometimes, I cheat. You may not remember what we spoke about. You may not remember we spoke at all. You may remember it differently, or you may remember something else entirely. I don't like to do it for no reason (it's unsportsmanlike, you know), but the ends justify the means.
Perhaps one day, we'll meet. Perhaps we already have.
Who knows?
Well, I suppose I do.
Threading with Knowledge
is kind of a first come, first served sort of thing. If you can think of a reason you'd like to run into him (or maybe even go looking for him, if looking for trouble is your kind of thing), drop a line either here or via PM if you'd rather the intimacy of privacy—I don't mind either way, and I can be very accommodating. If you want something specific out of our little run-in, don't be afraid to say so. If not, that's fine, too—there's always a chance for a second round. And a third. And so on.
At the moment, I feel I can manage three concurrent threads with Knowledge, and for the time being I'm keeping it spiritual, which means Shinigami and Hollow-breeds only—unless you've got a very convincing argument why I should thread with your minor race character. I'll get to you guys in time. Probably.
