So this is gonna be a clusterfuck of a post since it addresses multiple things
1. My (pirated) wifi is down for now, it'll -hopefully- be back without problem Monday, but if not, it will be really hard to keep up with posts, especially since I just started a few new ones!
2. I'm looking for a group of lesser (around 100 reiatsu) shinigami to do a thread with. It will be set before the events of Kings Key, and will involve being sent on a mission on Earth. Im looking to make this thread different, in a narrative sense. What I have in my head is what I believe is similar to 'missions' that were here however long ago. Obviously no additional rewards outside of regular word count GP, but I'd like to try and orchestrate something like this
3. If any staff or players have ran 'missions' before, I'd love to hear your input or have a chat with you for tips and hints
4. OTYs soon plz

I've been part of a few missions before. If I can give any kind of advice it would be to make sure there's an incentive for your participants to post or you can kiss the mission concept / idea goodbye. One I was in warranted a non-lethal damage (getting knocked out for the remainder of the thread) if I didn't make a post in x amount of time.
Sadly, that was the reality of missions: death. Usually quick, but for the threads that managed not to die in the first round or two, the death was slow and painful. And always because of refusal to post, it seemed.
But then, I don't know if that was more so player choice or if it was because the weird nature of the more often than not rushed plots and ideas missions formerly birthed.
