Been a while since you got off your ass. Guess that fight caught your attention?
Of course that was the first thing she heard after she stumbled out of the little hut she called a home and headed into the district. Honestly, she still wasn't even sure what the district was called, she still had yet to learn that. All she knew was that it was home for now, and that it had a pretty good tea house, all things considered. A while back, one wouldn't be able to find her caught dead in a tea house, it was the last place anyone would look for her. But now...well, now things were different. Even if she no longer had friends surrounding her like Miki, Mitsutaka, Kyousuke, or even Tova, as odd as their relationship had been, she still craved some sort of interaction.
So it was that, every now and then, she'd make her way down to the tea house; the only difference was that this time, it had been a few more days than usual between her excursions.
If you must know then yes, of course. Those spiritual pressures...they were really strong, you've gotta know that much. So, figure I might as well try to pick up rumors. Besides Kaiya, if I remember right, weren't you just complaining a few days ago about me sitting around doing nothing? I'm just taking your advice. she commented cheekily to her Inner Hollow. Her Zanpakutou Spirit opted not to chime in, although Lessa could hear his amused chuckling over Kaiya's upset muttering. At least that was one thing that wouldn't change, the constant companionship of these two. Not that she'd be quick to call Kaiya a friend like she would be for Kaminari. "Yo! Tea house lady!" she called out as she entered the establishment.
A quick glance around showed it was...about average, really; not too many people, not too few. The Shinigami let out a yawn as she stepped further in, keeping her Zanpakutou hidden in the relatively large bundle of clothe she kept strapped to her back. Ever since she'd left again, she learned quick that she'd have to hide out as best she could, and that meant changing both her clothes and hiding her blade, as much as she hated it. So, dressed in fairly typical garb, the small girl approached the much older-looking one. If Lessa remembered right, her name was...Tomie? Or something like that. As much as she visited the place, she wasn't really one for remembering names, especially when she was sure she wouldn't be staying here forever. Even so, a rare smile found its way onto her face. Even now, after all she had gone through, smiles didn't come easy to her, but here they almost certainly did.
It was one of the very few places that she actually felt somewhat...safe. Even if she knew that trouble could come at any time, it never felt that way when in here. "So, how've you been? Any interesting rumors I ought to know about? And sorry 'bout taking a while to visit again. Been busy." she asked, with the lie coming easily to her. A bit of an unusual question coming from her, since most of the time she didn't talk or reveal too much when here, but she didn't relish the thought of talking with those here she hardly knew.
