Sometimes a little kick in the pants is good for Staff, whether it be simply changing up the way things are done, bringing on fresh personnel, retiring old, and the list goes on. Shun stepping down as Site Owner has provided me with a great opportunity to also shuffle some things about and get people in places that better suit their talents. In the interests of transparency, here is a full list of everyone currently on staff, and what their duties will be going forward. I will publish an update to the formal Staff post in the Rules soon to reflect this. This is a bit less formal.

Consequence (Site Owner)
This was already touched on in another post, but here’s a run-down Tokiyo’s duties and day-to-day. This helps give you an idea of what sort of questions you should take directly to him as opposed to general staff.
As the Site Owner, Tokiyo’s main focus is ensuring all the behind the scenes processes of the site are working normally. This is mainly technical stuff -- such as if Forums.net is down or otherwise having an error -- as well as managing the chat and its various needs. If anything looks broken, or isn’t functioning right, he’s the one you want to get in contact with.
In addition to this, he also serves as the main request reviewer and provider of writing feedback. Most of his efforts are dedicated to handling Milestones, Masteries, or anything else you find lurking in the request board. In times of need, he may also take up an Application or two.
Miyuki Wakahisa (Staff Manager)
The biggest change to Staff is Miyuki’s shift into the 'Staff Manager' position. This is mostly focused on helping people within staff, including providing training, resolving disputes between Staff members, and the day to day maintenance of the site (such as activity checks, faceclaim updates, and GP claims).
While Miyuki won’t be doing notable work in the Requests board or the Applications board, she is known to help out there from time to time and is well equipped to answer any questions a player has about the character creation and maintenance process.
Ladon (Requests)
Shifting away from Applications, Robert is now a leading expert in the Request board. From Milestones to Waystones, he can answer any and all questions about making, finishing, and submitting a Request.
On occasion, he may pick up an Application when needed and he is fully equipped to answer any questions regarding the character creation and maintenance process. Additionally, he will serve as a go-to resource to create and fix powers, or hammer out custom skills.
Value (Claims/Audits)
Our number one math guy, Takua is the main man you’ll see taking care of GP claims as well as balancing GP totals. He typically handles one of the most dreaded parts of staff work: GP Audits. If you ever notice an issue with your GP totals, or simply want someone to double check all of your work, he’s the go to guy for that.
In addition to claims and audits, Takua can be seen lurking around the New Apps board, picking up any lingering Applications as needed, or assisting with managing the Chat. Just like Robert, he is also one of the main people working with members to create, fix, and maintain their powers.
Rania Fujikagi (Applications)
The first of our three new hires, Mika is here as an Application Expert. She’ll be stalking the New Apps board and helping all new -- and returning -- members with the application process. She’s also the go to person if you’re having troubles making revisions to your application, or need help setting up your re-grade.
Jian Oreachi (Applications)
Our favorite Punch Boy is once again back on staff, though now he’s got his eyes on Applications. Of course, he’ll also be assisting in GP claims that come through, but he’s fully trained to help all people who need help with their application.
Emily White (Applications/Claims)
The newest member of staff, Salmon is here to top off our newest Application team. With a keen eye for detail and an excellent ability to communicate his thoughts, Salmon is an amazing application grader who’s taking staff by storm!
Please give a warm welcome to our newest contributors to Staff, and we would appreciate your patience as all of us adjust to our new roles within the Community. And if anyone is interested in further helping out with staff in the future, in any specific capacity, we are always on the lookout for people with the desire to help.
My inbox is always open if you have any questions.
