"You will reach your destination even though you travel slowly.'
It seems as though Freyleif’s entire destiny is to find herself tossed into every imaginable ill obstacle thrown her way. This makes her question the reality if she truly is 'cursed and lost' even as she reaches beyond the limits of most young Quincy. She learns to be a Quincy at the tender young age of ten years old from a mysterious old man who picks her ragged self from the streets of Reykjavik after her house burns down, her mother dead, and a Hollow ravaged everything her sheltered life loved. During her training, she vows to get stronger and take revenge against the spirit who took everything from her. Before her basic training is finished, her master sends her off shortly to Karakura with a note she must find other Quincy and her own path. She doubts she would be able to get help in a foreign land and carries in with self-denial that she believes she is unable to save herself from the pain of loss, or to grow, but is willing to go the extra mile to protect others rather than herself as a selfless act. Luckily, after stepping out of the airport, Freyleif meets Angeni who takes her in and adopts her, and they form an unbreakable bond.
The young Quincy's will shatters and, reinforced by the actions of meeting Iko, that comes to instill fear into her. Freyleif plays along with the Hollow's game(in an attempt to stay alive and distract the beast) to slaughter menos Gillian that he summons to a park to see who can kill the most. After Freyleif passes out, Iko lets the Quincy live, but injects his Hollow reiatsu in her body before leaving. Returning home later, Freyleif confronts Angeni who sensed the young Quincy's misdeeds in aimlessly killing souls in Iko's 'game'. Feeling responsible over the young blonde teen, Angeni does what she thinks is best: ground Freyleif, stopping her from wandering around Karakura leaving destruction in her wake.
Physically and emotionally destroyed, Freyleif is found by Iko once again, this time she is bedridden due to the Hollow reiatsu that inflicts her soul. He rips away her arms and leaves her for dead until Shinigami come to her aid. Angeni is able to fully restore her body, yet she still had the mental scars and fears that Iko will return to end her for good.
It's not long until the teen's rebellious nature takes root and she is nearly put to death by yet another hollow by the name of Tyrant. The teen is able to escape into the sewers before her body gives out, thus giving the dragon Hollow the victory and herself a failure as a protector to save the people from the bakery. After escaping the sewers, Freyleif finds herself at a loss and looks to the Nordic Gods for answers through her paths and wonders why and what she had done to deserve such harsh judgment.
Freyleif crawls her way out only to find wolf-like hollows devouring a family in a car and this triggers her soul to respond and protect them even if it was too late. She goes into a rage-filled rampage against the Hollow until Jian takes note of the souls being destroyed left and right and swoops in as the Punisher and ceases her violence while breaking her dominant arm. After subduing the young Quincy, Jian brings Freyleif back to Angeni's for care and the teen crumbles into regret for her actions and takes out her frustrations later on her friend Melody. Freyleif oversteps her bounds and seriously hurts her 'sister', Melody, in her anger at losing against Jian. The Quincy teen verbalizes her disappointment in being weak and Melody pounds it right back in her face that she is a disgrace, a shame to all Quincy, and shame to Angeni and leaves the room to let the beaten Freyleif have her epiphany that she is a disgraceful mess. Her temper tantrums, bratty nature and selfish need to become stronger at any cost have all brought shame to her guardian, Angeni.
Pain,
Struggle,
Frustration.
All this molds into the young Quincy as she is thrust into the world to 'grow' up faster and experience the harshness that is the reality of the spiritual world. She is taken out of her comfort zone and placed before villainous encounters she is powerless to tackle head first only to find herself struggling against fate. Finally, the frustrations externalize and she takes it out on her friends, being disgusted by how weak she is and craving to have the power to destroy the obstacles in the way of her becoming strong.
Freyleif begrudgingly gets sent a summons from her Grandfather to witness Weylin becoming King of the Quincy after removing the mad King Markus.
During her return to Karakura, Freyleif is guided by Fate through her pet raven who warns her of her precious cross being taken by a mysterious thief. The teen jumps right into an infatuated head over heel reaction over this man named Wraith and they become close friends and even more through time. She is able to have a close friendship with this thief, another spiritual aware, and wants to see him grow too as she sees the weakness of him running away and not facing his problems as well.
Desiring to get stronger, she challenges for the crown after seeing Weylin enforce his iron fist at the Summons. Planning to get stronger than him and forge her own path, she too sees incompetence in her own kin, yet craves and desperately to learn from other souls how she can be stronger herself in her own philosophy of justice. She is still a teenager after all and makes her own mistakes yet she doesn't want to turn into the dictator Markus and keeps Weylin's abolishment of "Purity of Blood".
Weylin rejects her for the crown and places her as a simple Knight to grow. Now at a lost, Freyleif wanders back to Karakura feeling hopelessness. Thinking no one would follow a weak Quincy like her, she goes into major depression and questions once again why everything is against her. A hollow attacks her, but she does not have much will to fight back. Battered and beaten down once more against reality, Freyleif manages to drag herself back to her lover's, Wraith, disguised flower shop and passes out due to blood loss. Despite Freyleif wanting to give up on getting stronger, Wraith brings her inside his home to tend to her wounds and even fights back against Iko and Ahau Kin.
During Obsessions invasion, Freyleif is told by Angeni to stay put inside a barrier she made for the girl. Upon Iko's arrival, Freyleif has no choice to confront the Hollow. Freyleif is powerless as the Hollow releases into his second power and she has to flee. Surviving only through her Blut until she reaches a Shinigami by the name of Genji who helps defend her against the Hollow. The Shinigami was unable to defend the young Quincy for long and Freyleif had no choice but to use her most powerful spell to distract Iko before being able to make her escape. Freyleif searches for Angeni and finds her at an encampment treating the wounded.
As a result of a misunderstanding, Angeni takes away her powers due to her misuse of destructive power in the advent of disobeying her. Without her powers now, Freyleif keeps pushing back against her Fate. Slowly she begins to realize she needs to grow up or she will keep being left behind by her friends and forever in a state of powerlessness due to her wrathful behavior; she is disgusted at herself as Angeni managed to use her own powers against her without losing self-control. Upset by Angeni leaving her at the encampment, Freyleif runs towards the Seireitei while cutting down Hollow in her wake. She steps through a wall Obsession had blown a hole through and continues down the maze-like buildings and happens upon Obsession at last. The Broken greets her politely but Freyleif is unsure of this man and stays cautious. As they converse, Obsession notices her twitch at the mention of Weylin and felt insulted by the girl not shaking his hand. Obsession questions her why she is helping the Shinigami as they both know they care not much for him or her even he tells her a bit of himself and why he is destroying: for the sake of progress and seeing incompetence. Obsession declares he would also fix Freyleif seeing the incompetence in her too, and begins messing with her head.
Surviving Obsession's encounter, Freyleif returns to Earth now cursed with this compulsion in her soul to drive her goals forward. She escapes to her homeland in Iceland to be alone until an old friend shows up by the name of Aitrus. He forces the teen to become his Knight and join him against the Shinigami. She tries to refuse his request only to lose to him with his strange power, and she has no choice to follow him. Despite his cold words towards the teen, Aitrus tells her she still has a role to fulfill and they need true leadership to bring the Quincy together.
A Quincy by the name of Cressida, a friend she helped train before, decides to challenge Weylin herself for the crown to save the race and thinks Weylin is the tyrant. Another summons is sent out by her grandfather and Freyleif once again attends to watch things unfold. Weylin easily discards the crown over Cressida Schade and leaves the castle with many Quincy speechless at the event even Freyleif herself shocked at Weylin's disregarding attitude. Inflicted with Obsession's curse in her soul, Freyleif is pushed to stand up against Cressida Schade and threatens the green haired Quincy with her weapon to stand down. Freyleif voices that she has the backup of many other Quincy who stands by her side even Amelia steps up to confirm her stance to stand by Freyleif's side. With the Quincy on Freyleif's side, the teen is able to push Cressida to move aside and gives her the throne. Now with no one else opposing, Aitrus steps before Freyleif and forges an impressive tiara made out of soul synthesis and dons the new crown upon Freyleif.
Immediately after her crowing, Freyleif meets with Aitrus once again and seeks his help, of course, the older Quincy does not beat around the bush as they discuss the structure of the new Order. Things turn around unexpectedly as the man sees through the newly Queen's 'mask' and confronts her about her fears. She cannot hide this from him and Aitrus shows her just as powerless by collaring her with a device around her neck that drains her of all spiritual energy. Here she struggles to be helpless before Aitrus and humiliated even as she fights back. In the end, Aitrus needed to break away the timid nature and fear that held her back so she could be more fit to lead. She had to get past her fear of being weak, there was always someone stronger and smarter.
Freyleif Jökulsdóttir now becomes the Queen of the Quincy. A dream that came to fruition.
But--
That's not all that destiny has in store.
Freyleif jumps from getting her toe into the icy water only to pull out at the last minute when things feel like it’s pressuring her; just like the case where she abandons her Queenship in pursuit of finding happiness with her lover, Wraith, and hands over regent to Walter. The teen finds herself pregnant, something she wanted all along: a family to care for and to protect. Even though she is but a teenager, a very powerful prodigy Queen of a supernatural race, it is until the Quincy start looking for her and begin to question her motives. Fate finds a way to continue to push her into paths that are impossible; the Quincy is ever teetering on the edge of falling apart and she has to remain Queen despite wanting to just be with her lover.
She hides behind a fake mask to appear vigilant as she re-enters the monarchy and even keeps her close friends at arm's length as to how she truly feels deep down. She puts on a cold attitude to her brethren as they question her and is willing to go the extra mile to harm them in her bad(sometimes good) rulings. She knows just how bad her people can be and has to resort to putting people in line only because she wants to see them prosper into paradise. This means putting a foot down and crossing a line in the snow where she had to lay down the law. She cannot afford to look weak ever again.
Even though Freyleif tries to stay strong, she is able to finally break her shell and admits to Aidan she is afraid of the Quincy that may turn against her out of paranoia and feels she is too irresponsible to take care of herself and the babies soon to come. Here she is still showing her fragility but is able to open up and keep close friends around her in the time of need and she doesn't have to hide her mask. Next, she reveals to make her lover a Quincy too so he may join the fold without damaging their marriage.

A New Friendship―
A brief encounter with a white-haired Shinigami in Renewal sets the motion in trust as Shigure saves her friend, Ichiro. She dubs Shigure a friend of the Quincy seeing that not all Shinigami are ill-willed spirits.
A Betrayal―
The now runaway Shigure seeks asylum under Queen Freyleif and she is ecstatic that he comes in terms to help under diplomatic relations, she gives full trust to the Shinigami to work under her loyal Sternritter, Aodh, and he gladly accepts his role. They both know the tension between Quincy and Shinigami is shaky, and Freyleif naively believes that there could be some good in allowing Shigure to stay for both protection and gaining his trust to mend relations between both races.
Slaughter of Innocents―
Following the attempted assassination to her being, Freyleif is rushed into the hospital ward in a state of shock - even with all her training under Blut, this doesn't stop her from going into a pre-mature birthing process. The maids and nurses are quickly at work keeping the Queen in comfort while in labor. Wraith stands by her side through the whole ordeal and it brings the young Queen some comfort knowing her lover is there despite the murmuring tones of the nurses saying there was something wrong with the babies and they were immediately taken away in care. Freyleif soon passes out through the trauma and soon another Shinigami shows in The assassination part two. The singing Shinigami, seemingly coming to his own accord, manages to push through Freyeif's most loyal and strong Quincy and end the life of her two precious twins in the hands of the thief.
Norður og Niður―-
Freyleif, now having lost her twins and presumably her lover in the aftermath now remains in the hospital ward after the consequences of accepting Shigure. Still alive but with a heavy dark cloud hanging over her. In Norður og Niður[INCOMPLETE THREAD] is exactly how she feels like she's in, going straight to hell as her most precious things are taken from her, but before she could do any real harm through her depression, the nurses gather around to keep the young Queen sedated until her grandfather suddenly shows up to talk some sense into the teenager. His tough words just escalate things further; even if his words run true, the Queen doesn't take it to heart and starts exploding into an unstable rage once that pressure is too much. Aodh is forced onto the scene to calm the young Queen down this forcing him to release his power to tranquilize the Queen back into a sedated state.
This only staves off the symptoms and not the problem, Freyleif once again goes into an undeniable rage as she still can't get over the lost of her children; this forces Erek to worry and take a stand to help his friend. The Quincy man stands as a wall negating the Queen's attack and even throws her out of the castle so she would not harm those inside. Erek continues to get through to the Queen being a wall and the pillar of a friend throughout her anger, though she does manage to let loose one of her chains holding back she still hadn't past her inner conflict and reluctantly resumes her role as Queen and busies herself in anything that would distract her from Obsession tighten influence and the crying children she keeps hearing. Evolving from the worm bound in the roots of Yggdrasil's to a dragonling finding its way through life.
In Von Freyleif is still filled with grief and the weight of the crown weighing heavily upon her. Freylief seeks to find solace and time to think about her past in her families home in Iceland. The pain of losing her children and husband during Genki's assassination of her children, and Shigure's failed attempt at her life consuming her.
Meanwhile, Erek searches and eventually finds Freylief, where they confront each, and his newly awakened power defeats her attacks. Seeing the strength of letting go of his hate had awakened within him. Through his words and his comforting of her. She finds the strength to fight and release herself from Obsession's taint.
Confronting her past, letting go of the crutch that had defined her for so long, allowing herself to grieve. It freed herself of that burden, and like a huge weight off her chest. Allowed her to finally start facing herself. At that moment, a lightness filled her and she could hear the sound of children singing in the background as a new power born from that letting go was released.

What’s Next?
Hot dates with Tony with pizza. Other than Genki being a real asshole and killing cute innocent children, Frey will be wanting revenge while internally grieving through the process - let's hope her friends do a good job pacifying her in not going to war with pajama wearing ghosts.

New Powers:
Power Information
W — "The Warsong": Freyleif's new powers have manifested-- effectively being her "true" powers before the loss, and pain in her life twisted her soul. The powers are a reflection of her true mindset that has always been beneath the surface of her rage, a desire to help others, to bring the Quincy into a golden age, increasing her allies powers and bringing forth happiness and joy in others and herself. Due to this, the power itself has altered into an ability that she and Erek have dubbed "The Warsong", the ability to manipulate vibrations in the air with her reiatsu-- causing the reishi surrounding her to shift into varying effects based on vibration, and sound in order to enhance herself, allies, protect those she cares for, raise morale, and increase capabilities of everyone-- not just herself.
Depending on her level of release and mastery, this ability varies widely-- at its basic stage, it allows her to bend and manipulate the reishi around her to create high-speed vibrations to effectively use sonic energy for a variety of defensive and offensive uses-- shields, swords, screams, and so forth are common applications to this ability. These vibrations are able to far more effectively slice through materials similar to the constant vibration and grinding of seele and adding that effect to all of her attacks-- with more specialized applications of this she is able to ignore natural forms of armor to directly target someone's ears and brain, altering the frequency of the sonic shockwaves and screams to do so.
As this power progresses in tiers of release, the ability can be used for far more augmented powers-- to the point that her very reiatsu itself-- not her own screams, but instead her soul, begins to sing. These "songs" are designed to specifically alter the flow of reishi through vibration, cloaking her allies in the same energy, augmenting their destructive potential, protecting them from damage, as well as causing the opposite effect on all of her enemies to weaken the power of their attacks as the reishi itself around them begins to resist the attacks and energy through condensed vibrations before the attacks even near their target. This also allows her to augment the morale, and power of her allies and herself by causing the song to help allies focus, or disrupt the concentration of her enemies by causing the vibrations around them to throw off balance, shut down hearing through high-pitch constant sound, and so forth.
How refined this sound-control may be is based on her mastery of her reishi manipulation as per usual, as is how effective causing these "downsides" to others or "enhancements" to others may be when it comes to raised focus and morale.
First Release
Power Effects: Freyleif is able to effectively "cast" utilizing sound and vibration as a medium, allowing for a wide variety of effects such as sonic explosions, shutting down hearing capabilities through high-pitch attacks, vibration-enhanced coatings over weaponry, weapon and shield manifestations of vibration and reishi, armor of vibrations and reishi to cloak her body in, and so forth. The degree of refinement, power, defense, and so forth is measured by her normal stats and reishi manipulation skills mastery.
Power Description: Freyleif's new power allows her to use her reiatsu to "sing" and manipulate the flow of reishi around her through vibrations of varying speeds in order to produce sounds and vibrations of a variety of effects mixed in with her natural skill in reishi manipulation and creation through the skill. This allows her attacks to have added seele-like benefits added on to them at its most basic application, to anything far more effective based on her current level of skill and refinement.
Second Release
Power Effects: Freyleif's abilities have expanded so that all of her original powers from her first release remain, but she is now able to bend it at will across the entire battlefield, her reiatsu now directly affecting the reishi surrounding the entire front. This allows her to cast and apply her vibration-based enhancements to all of her allies, as well as herself at will-- creating and "casting" from any area of the battlefield at will without having to physically be there to do so due to her song now affecting everything. This allows her to effectively "buff" herself and all allies with sonic-enhancements, armor, more effective cutting potential, and so forth-- as well as enhance their focus and morale should the players agree to such. On the opposite side of the same coin, this allows her to hinder all of her enemies-- the reishi's vibrations attacking their sense of hearing, balance, and purposely condensing to make their movements slower and their attacks weaker-- how effective this is, as per usual, is based on player discretion.
Power Description: When released, Freyleif releases an explosion of sonic energy and reishi-- the explosion sounds similar to a great horn of war being blown, filling the air with the resounding sound of its cry-- the reiatsu surrounding Freyleif exploding in shreds of dusty rose as the entire battlefield begins to hum softly, before the song chosen by Freyleif begins to echo across the entire area, enhancing herself, her allies, and those she cares for-- while tearing into her enemies and hindering their own abilities as much as possible. In this state, she holds a valkyrie-styled helmet with wing-like decorations from its sides, as well as a suit of armor covered in Nordic runes, chain, and leather along the joints holding similar designs to the ancient armor that the Valkyrie were said to wear.
This is the truest manifestation of "The Warsong", at this level of release the entire battlefield becomes Freyleif's-- a commander of the battlefield, her powers now control the reishi across every fight including her own. This enhances her allies in a variety of ways similar to how her first release is capable of enhancing her, cloaks of vibration-based armor, enhanced destructive power as their weapons or spells now use high-speed vibrating reishi that adds destructive qualities to their attacks, and similar effects are all possible. Similarly, this control over the reishi across the battlefield allows her to effective "cast" her reishi-based spells from any angle instead of having to use herself as the point of focus. The final benefit being that now, with her songs having increased in potency along with her control-- she is able to enhance or lower the morale and focus of those in a battle with her to varying degree's through the usage of song and music combined with her reiatsu's natural affinity to uplift her allies and crush her enemies into dust.
Third Release
Power Effects: While in her third release, Freyleif retains all of her powers she had in her first and second release, but with the additional benefit of the sphere itself activating as a perimeter across the battlefield.
Barrier Rules:
1.) In order to avoid the barrier, you must manage to succeed in dodging/escaping from the barriers range of the battlefield (meaning leaving the battle entirely) before she activates it, trapping you within. The speed that the barrier has while forming is based on her Spirit Stat and Reishi Dominance Skill.
2.) The barrier cannot be broken by anyone inside or out, and anyone trapped inside is sealed off from the rest of reality unable to escape with portals, Garganta, Senkaimon, etc-- not even Freyleif can end it prematurely.
3.) In order for the barrier to be lowered, all individuals (or all individuals but one) must have either admitted defeat, been knocked unconscious, or killed.
4.) Movement is allowed within the barrier, however singing the correct song to correlate with your action will cause runes, or lyrics befitting the character's song to appear around them and greatly augment whatever action is being done, the amount this augments them is, as per usual, down to player discretion but it should never be an minimal advantage.
5.) Even if Freyleif admits defeat, is killed, or is knocked unconscious then the barrier will remain up until all but one individual remains, or all individuals trapped inside it are unconscious, killed, or have admitted defeat.
6.) Once an individual has admitted defeat, has been killed, or knocked unconscious, they are rendered completely immobile, and completely invulnerable as the barrier itself protects the individual in a casing of runes-- they are still able to watch the rest of the battle, but they cannot intervene, or interact in any way.
Power Description: For a few brief moments, the sound of the Warsong dies away as dusty reiatsu slowly flows over her body before it begins to harden and form into a great sphere that surrounds her form briefly as her reiatsu greatly increases. After several brief moments, the sphere explodes from Freyleif it creates a circle runic field full of ancient lyrics of long-forgotten songs of war and battle, her new form taking shape as two great wings of dusty pink and grey wings burst from her lower back. The armor from her previous state having remained, however, if it was damaged, it is now completely repaired-- A helm forms over her head in ravenesque features, long feathers flowing on the back, and giving it a "living" like metal carapace with bulged eyes (that can blink) which form over Freyleif's like a visor she can use only with Reiatsu Perception and similarly, the coloration has shifted to all of it being a brilliant gold as a single band wraps itself around her forehead underneath the helm marking her crown, her gauntlets having become clawed, with pulsating trails of dusty pink reiatsu flowing from the slim gaps in her armor.
As the energy expells from her with this release, while the armor is being revealed it expands out to form a great sphere of rotating dusty pink runes that cover the edges of the battlefield in a great barrier. This barrier is made up of incredibly refined reishi and reiatsu vibrating at an incredibly high frequency-- while in this state, Freyleif retains all powers from her first and second release, while also having a singular additional effect that all inside the rune field must obey the laws which Freyleif has woven into the barrier based on the "song" that she has chosen to make up its walls. Depending on the song chosen, this is able to project the idea of the runes into her sung notes. An example being Uruz providing great strength, letting her physically push back the opponent with her song, she is able to shift her song as she wishes-- and thanks to her power, is able to "sing" using her reiatsu, or her own vocal cords, however, she wishes to act. This law of song encouraging power, however, is not one-sided, as enemies and allies both that are within the sphere are capable of the same thing-- by singing a song that matches their own fighting style, they are able to enhance themselves as well-- though this requires that the opponent realize this, as well as be capable of singing a song with enough meaning that it would augment their own abilities in the field they desire as well.

Once an individual has admitted defeat, has been killed, or knocked unconscious, they are rendered completely immobile, and completely invulnerable as the barrier itself protects the individual in a casing of runes-- they are still able to watch the rest of the battle, but they cannot intervene, or interact in any way.
"How far would you go for the ones you hold dear?
Will you protect them until your dying day?
Or will you fight for your honor alone instead?
What is more important to you?
Your feelings or your sense of duty?"
Will you protect them until your dying day?
Or will you fight for your honor alone instead?
What is more important to you?
Your feelings or your sense of duty?"
Sometimes one must make a sacrifice in order to protect that which is most valuable.
Sometimes making that sacrifice is a much heavier price than you believed it to be.
Ties that have been forged over the course of years,
Can be broken within the span of just a scant few days.
What will you fight for?"

There is only
Meanwhile, Erek searches and eventually finds Freylief, where they confront each, and his newly awakened power defeats her attacks.
