The hunt was on, The clawed feet of the she-beast dug into the sand with every step. Muscles flexed and projected the monster forward under scaled flesh, moving through the sand with eyes fixated on her quarry. Another hollow, why? Because it had stolen her prey, the hunt was the only thing that helped her feel any kind of normality in this accursed new life. The eternal night of Hueco Mundo a comfort, though the sand was a bother. It impaired her vision, and left one feeling even more unclean than the mere existence of being a hollow ever could, at least to this one.
She had since gained the basic of controlling her Bala since its surprising and instinctual use back in the world of the living. The silver orbs locked onto the fleeing hollow, either to safety or an ambush, either way this beast was going to get her kill. The smile of her mask parted as her mouth filled with energy, a ball of what looked like mercury formed and took shape. Slowly it hovered outside of her mouth and grew to match the the rough size of a basket ball. Mid-stride, one of her elongated limbs reared back and punched into the now solid object, sending it flying off at the hollow. Her arm after fully extending coming back down to continue her dash on all fours through the sand.
Damn it! Too far away! She cursed herself within her mind as she watched the Bala sputter out just before catching its mark. A wasted shot, but now she knew how much the gap needed to close in order to seal its fate. Just a bit faster. The will of a prey deprived monster can force one to push oneself to the necessary lengths. They no longer became necessary once she realized the beast was headed to domed monstrosity that sat out in the vast desert.
The sight of it sent an ominous chill down her spine, while causing her to skid to a stop in the sand. making a small puff of dirt during her halt. Fear sunk in, spreading its hold throughout every fiber of her being, but her curiosity proved to be slightly stronger. With slow deliberate steps the creature looked for its way in, eyes continue to survey the sands and the wall of the dome. Ready for an attack of other hollow. She'd caught glimpses as she chased her mark, cannibalization of their own kind. Not to mention others with so much power that it made her feel sick just getting a sense of it.
Though what she felt hidden beyond this wall was potentially worse. At least according to her stomach, but she would not be deterred. No she'd follow this path no matter its end. And as she found a tunnel she gave up her last chance to turn back. Inside the impossibly long walk, Lent made her way through, despite her nerves feeling wreaked with havoc from panic. She very well could have just walked into a den of wolves, or a hidden solace. Her mind raced with possibilities, the pleasantries of finding something not wanting to kill her, and the fear of being snuffed from existence.
It was, what seemed like an eternity before the tunnel gained a light at its other end. After what felt like miles, her muscles had become sore from the nonstop movement, and her hunger was nearing the point she called the shift. When she became more beast than anything, Instinct over reason. She crouched and walked on her haunches, as if a thief sneaking through the shadows. Even if what was at the end of the tunnel was a mystery, at least she could make herself one as well. The silvery aura radiated from her body, reflecting the light and distorting her image from a beast to a young woman.
As far as anyone could tell the girl was very much who the hollow was. The violet hues shone from her eyes as locks of the same shade flowed down her back. Standing at just 5'3" with a petite frame, she curved just enough in the chest to show the difference between a child and a budding woman. A curse she'd held onto despite this ability to hide her appearance, she could only recreate, not completely fabricate a new look. The clothes she had a bit more control over.
As she walked the outfit shifted from everything between the catholic schoolgirl outfit of fetishes, to pant suits. Before stepping out into the light she'd settled on some Daisy Dukes, and a hooded jacket. Zipped up just enough to cover what little she had, while showing as much as she could. Though the light seemed to shine off of the pale complexion.
The sight of a ruined castle came into view once her eyes adjusted to the artificial light of the inner part of the dome. Bewildered Lent could only stand with her mouth agape in awe from the sight. How could she have prepared for a sense of history in a world that is supposed to be filled with monsters like her.
