[ ON THE SURFACE ]
Physical Description: In his current form, Drazaq appears to be an adolescent male lion cub with dark grey fur. Four muscular limbs support the beast's feline body while being adorned with retractable sharp bone white claws. Between the foremost limbs, the beast's proud and strong feline chest rests, a hole perfectly in the center of it. Ruby red eyes peer out from the pure white mask upon his lion-like face, which stops just above the powerful jaw full of sharp teeth that a predator of his stature requires. The trademark lion's mane has yet to fully develop upon him, but he still has a thin and modest amount of a slightly darker shade of fur around his neck signifying the beginnings of one. Another notable difference from a normal lion, other than his hollow hole and mask is the creatures tail. Instead of the normal tufted tail one would expect of a lion, Drazaq's tail is actually a snake. This serpent -like tail appears to be viper of sorts with jet black scales and is about two feet long(zero point six meters). This unique appendage wears a small bone white hollow mask of its own, that it peers out of with citrine yellow eyes. This tail is surprisingly also capable of speech. In the end, this renders the hollow as a strange Chimera-like creature when examined as a whole.
When encountering others they might find Drazaq to always be observing them in some way. Whether the beast simply stares at them, or circles around them like a predator they will find Drazaq gazing upon them as though he is looking for something, or perhaps expecting something from them. While some might find this to just be the beast mimicking the nature of the lion the larger part of his body resembles, it is more an expression of his personality to seek out even the most minute interesting detail in them to stave off boredom.
Two voices can be heard from the beast when it decides to interact with others. First, the lion-like body speaks in a deep and serious tone, which is normally devoid of any sort of emotion. However, the disturbed nature of the hollow causes the voice to take on extreme tones when any emotions is involved at all. For example, when a person would normally thank someone for a favor with a small amount of happiness and gratitude, the same words from Drazaq's lion-like mouth sounds as though he is the most excited and grateful person in the world. In contrast, the snake-like tail speaks with a somewhat high pitched child-like voice, laden with hissing sounds. The snake's tone sounds like it is always on the verge of laughter or filled with a hint of condescension, as though everything it says is to mock or otherwise torment the other party.
Spiritual Description: A feeling of unease spills out from Drazaq when his power is evoked. A flickering aura surrounds the Chimera-like hollow's body. It slowly stretches away from Drazaq as if attempt to escape or seek out something while exuding a fierce red. However, before it gets to far it suddenly flickers into a pale yellow and shrinks back down to hug his body tightly as if afraid to leave. It will then settle into a comfortable and pulsating orange glow around the hollow for quite some time to show case the true color of his energy, but it will repeat this process every now and then at random intervals. This gives off an overall feeling of uncertainty at a glance. Sensing him might make one perhaps feel anxious, or unsettled to the extent of goosebumps. An odd sound may be perceived or at least hallucinated for a moment as well. Something akin to the mixture of child's laughter and the hiss off a snake in the echoing distance.
[ BEHIND THE EYES ]
Personality:
Drazaq can be described as a rather odd existence. He speaks in two distinct manners and even literal voices. First the main lion body of the hollow will usually voice questions or concerns in a calm and deep tone. This voice is the more standard and perhaps main character of the hollow, but is the less talkative of the two voices. The snake tail the creature posses is the source of the second voice that Drazaq owns. A voice that speaks out thoughts that one would normally keep to themselves is what it presents. This leads to the hissing and somewhat childlike voice of this extra body to reveal additional thoughts from the beast. These thoughts range from trivial details, the beasts doubts, complaints, or perhaps darker thoughts that show a glimpse into Drazaq's broken mind. This also means that it is impossible for Drazaq to be subtle in conversation. There are no thoughts the creature can keep to himself, and thus no secrets it can easily keep. Drazaq also refers to himself with "We" or "Us", instead of using personal pronouns. However, in times of mental turmoil when the Lion and Snake perhaps cannot find a consensus, when it is difficult for thoughts and words to coincide, the occasional "I" or appropriate pronoun may be found within his speech.
As a relatively young hollow, Drazaq is curious about the world and its inhabitants. When finding something that he finds interesting he will pursue it relentlessly in order to study it. Though this is just a means for the beast uses to stave off boredom. Becoming bored or feeling a sense of stagnancy is the hollow's most despised outcome. The highest priority it holds aside from it's own survival is to fight off feelings of novelty. The beast cannot stand the creeping sensations of a routine existence without change beginning to sink in. This causes a distinct feeling of unease and anxiousness within him. This feeling may cause the hollow's unstable mind to take action, whereas the beast may lash out in an attempt to change things in someway. From simply attacking the nearest being, to roaring out of frustration. These actions are hard to determine but are always linked to the amount of unease or frustration at stagnancy the hollow may have built up.
Curious about other beings as well, Drazaq is more inclined to debate with and study other beings instead of act violently. He will observe a situation for quite sometime, looking for a subject of interest within it, before deciding how to behave. That is unless, boredom overtakes him before finding any such interest. Still as survival is another priority of his, he will quickly defend himself or flee when met with hostility instead of indulging his inquisitive nature. Though such circumstances do not help to quell the unease built up within himself. Drazaq still has to also indulge himself as a predator like existence that hollows are in order to survive. Devouring lesser hollows, or other such souls incapable of sparking his interest. As expected Drazaq observes his intended prey for long periods of time before attacking them. He watches and follows them, perhaps to the extreme point of stalking them. All in search of a routine or some such understanding of his future meal. To him those who live like he did as a human, those whom find themselves having given up life to a dull routine are souls he finds himself drawn to. Though he can't say he enjoys such a bland taste.
Goals & Achievements: Drazaq's current goal is mainly his own survival. A secondary objective perhaps to learn more about this state of life he has found himself in as a way to kill his boredom. Seeking out the change that evolution would offer him is also an apparent interest. However, as a relatively young hollow Drazaq currently has no major aspirations in the world due to his lack of knowledge about it.

Aspect of Death:
Madness. Insanity. Call it what you will. While alive the man known as Kurosawa Hibiki lived as was expected to. He did everything that was normal and even though disaster constantly befell him and continued to do so. "Things will get better. Things will change." Words like those were like a motto to the man as he never voiced any complaints to anyone during his life. However, as he continued to do what was expected of him. As he continued to follow the routine of the common man, nothing changed. Nothing got better. Disaster continued to befall him. Often happening just as he thought things were changing for the better. Still he just went with the flow of things in the hopes doing so would bring change to his life, but eventually that mundane flow crushed him. Eventually he simply... snapped against the weight of it all and perished having changed nothing.
Power:
Creeping Madness. A tiny sense of unease builds up over time for those that remain near the hollow when this power manifests. A slithering sensation assaults the senses of those unfortunate enough to be near. Every second that passes the sensation builds until the point of being unbearable or simply feeling disgusting. Mere thoughts seem to echo themselves, or perhaps even take on a life of their own. Anxiety builds. A hissing whisper guides one to perform actions contrary to what is normal for them. Perhaps the doubts about oneself buried deep within, are now heard at a deafening roar. Perhaps those thoughts one does not act upon because of their own sense of self control, suddenly become much more appealing. Perhaps ridicule from the past once again comes to be the foremost memory. Perhaps one's sense of self begins to fade as the various 'voices' take hold. Perhaps the mere act of resisting the slithering sensation in their senses takes its own toll. Madness takes on many forms.
[ LEGACY CREATED ]
Origin:
A name and life long since forgotten. Kurosawa, Hibiki. That was the name of a quiet and sickly boy born into a rather poor family as the only child. There was nothing special about him. Black hair, black eyes, pale skin, average appearance, average intelligence, perhaps a bit smaller and weaker than his peers, but nothing special. Just a common young Japanese child, so Hibiki never stood out. His childhood was normal, he learned, he played with the neighborhood kids, he grew up. His mother was loving and spoiled him because of his small stature. His father was strict bit fair with his expectations. Despite their lack of money it was at least a somewhat happy childhood. Perhaps the only abnormality was that his luck was horrible, or that fate wasn't kind to him. It took his mother first.
When he was six years old his mother died from an illness. His father swore to take care of things somehow, despite the tears rolling down his cheeks as spoke he still stayed optimistic at first. "Things won't be like this forever son. Things will change. Things will get better soon." Words that the young boy would remember for his entire life, even as his father began to drown his sorrows in alcohol he would still believe them. A year later Hibiki found himself whispering those words to himself as he cried himself to sleep at night. After losing his job due to alcohol abuse, his father began to take his frustration out on the frail boy he lived with. The result was a child with a weak heart who continued to hope that "Things will get better soon". His bad luck had not yet left him alone, it had corrupted his father.
During his school life due to his family being poor and his father useless, Hibiki didn't have any friends. He was even forced to work part time in order to feed his father's alcohol habit and buy food to eat. The poor state of his clothing as well as his lack of time for others left him isolated, but he didn't care too much because, "Things will get better soon". Working hard everyday, the frail boy had to eventually drop out of school in order to work more. He had to support himself and his father. Things would certainly get better if could do that. So, the frail little boy slowly became a man responsible for his household. Though he still appeared relatively average, he was eighteen and had at least some education. He didn't realize it, but his childhood had was his bad luck's next victim.
Now that he was an adult, Hibiki quickly sought out a better job just as the world found itself in the grips of War. World War two had begun and using his work experience, optimism, and work ethic, Hibiki found himself a job in a military factory. To him the state of affairs in the world didn't matter much, despite the turmoil out in the world things were finally looking better for him now that he had a decent job. The man worked in the factory for years. He diligently worked himself to the bone, even though he didn't stand out to much. Things didn't change much for him either, as he barely made enough money to scrape by as his father continued to demand more from him. However, he continued to work everyday as was expected of him. "Things will get better soon." Perhaps his luck had finally changed?
His efforts finally got noticed at work, his diligence rewarded, and the man was scheduled to receive a promotion. However, the morning of his promotion meeting explosions rocked the country. Nuclear bombs fell upon Japan. He couldn't recall where he was, nor how close he was to any of the explosions, However, when Hibiki had awoken he found himself in a makeshift hospital. He was suffering not only from the injures he had gotten from being tossed around from the force of the explosion itself, but the effects of the nuclear fall out on his body. His body was more or less broken and full of internal injuries, and that was before one considered the radiation poisoning he now possessed. Bad luck had now stolen his health as it returned to him in full force.
Unable to comprehend anything except the pain he found himself in, Hibiki simply continued to say to be optimistic. "Things will get better soon." However, things did not. No one came to comfort him. The doctors and nurses could only try to ease the pain he was in. Slowly the crushing weight of reality finally hit him. In the end all that Hibiki was left with was what he now perceived to be the lie that his father had told him as a child. "Things never got better you damned liar! Nothing ever changed! I waited and waited...and NOTHING!" screaming out such words with the last of his strength, Hibiki laughed until his eyes became bloodshot red. Disregarding the pain he felt, laughter spilled out from his mouth alongside a small waterfall of his own blood. However, no matter what any of the staff did they could not quiet him down until he had laughed his last. Kurosawa, Hibiki was no more. His bad luck, no the cruel hands of fate, had finally taken his optimism and without that... nothing remained.
Rise to Power: As a wandering spirit he roamed around the damaged Japan for a year. A year floating around a destroyed and unrecognizable section of Japan filled with naught but silence and pain. During this year the spirit simply wandered around the destroyed landscape. Sometimes encountering spirits similar to himself, sometimes seeing nothing but destruction. However, nothing the spirit did seemed to hold any meaning being it. If anyone had encountered him during that time, they would have simply found a fragile soul. It constantly smiled and would instantly laugh without letting out any actual sound if someone attempted interacted with him. However, he spoke no words and didn't seem to understand any either. Like this the chain attached to his chest slowly eroded away, and Drazaq was born.
Immediately the new creature left the human world and found itself within the endless desert that was Hueco Mundo. It was as though the freshly transformed soul wanted nothing to do with the world it had just left, even though the creature quickly forgot about his previous life. For a few years the beast wandered around aimlessly, moving only on instinct as the memories slowly faded away. It was only after it had eaten a few smaller creatures it had found did the hollow start to show any signs of understanding, of intelligence. The hollow examined himself and realized his own quirks. Coming to an understand through conversation, the beast quickly adapted. Conversing with itself on how to move forward, the Chimera-like existence that was Drazaq found itself exploring the sands devouring lesser hollows along the way in order to survive and find what it could.
A few close calls allowed the Hollow to gain an understanding of it's body, and how creatures like itself fought. It also began to understand the conditions for it's own survival more, as well as a sense of change within himself as his power grew. However, the sameness of the desert began to make the hollow feel uneasy. This caused the beast to constantly stay on edge, searching for something that would make this feeling go away. It also gave him an interest in exploring what the impending change he felt approaching within himself meant as he grew stronger.
Call to Action: Power now grown to a substantial point, the beast found himself able to to leave the endless desert he had been wandering. When a being of immense power decided to allow creatures like him to spill into sereitei and the human world, Drazaq was among them. Originally content with exploring the desert, as he had just found a strange building within it, the target of Drazaq's interest quickly shifted to the human world. Unable to remember his past life and after leaving it immediately upon hollowing, the human world was new to the hollow. Curious about the world full of fleshy creatures, the beast weighed it's options and decided to explore the strange building in the desert later. He was beginning to grow bored of sand anyway. Hidden among the waves of hollows that spilled forth, Drazaq escaped to the human world. The hollow quickly escaped what seemed to be a huge battle and instead of fighting the shinigami, or empowered humans that lurked about opted to get away as quickly as possible. His goal wasn't to fight after all, it was to explore this new world. Now he searches for new things to ease his boredom, interesting things to learn. Maybe a path towards a change for himself will appear. Perhaps he might even find a reason to exist, or comrades along the way.
