So, if you don't understand the title: I'm making a bleach abridged series. I've got season one MP4s downloaded and such already, and script writing is under way. I know there was one pretty bad abridged series on the show a while ago, but it hasn't updated in the better part of a decade, and isn't particularly good in my opinion. I'm just announcing this to ask if anybody would be interesting in working on the series with me. I know it's probably a stupid idea, and takes loads of work, and I probably can't manage it, but honestly: I'm going to try. So I beseech thee to grace me with the aide of your talented selves.
In Need Of: -Editors -Co-writers -Voice Actors (Send me a discord message if you are interested. I personally have dibs on Uryu and Chad, who I intend to write as a behemoth who has no language skills whatsoever. I'm willing to compromise on those positions and other ones if you'd like though.)

I did voice acting for an anime movie in college (link to it in here, if you want to see it). You're looking at a serious undertaking here. It took us 6 months to finish scripts and record lines, followed by another year of post processing before it was ready to screen, and that was for around an hour and a half of actual content.
Not saying don't do it and, hell, I could still bust out the assorted bit part here and there if you really needed it. I'm just letting you know, as someone who has done this kind of thing before, that this isn't something to think about lightly.

I don't take it lightly: I wouldn't be devoting my time to this project if I wasn't taking it for real.
But well there seems to already be a decently well made and popular Bleach Abridged out already. That doesn't mean you can't also make an attempt at one...but it'll be hard to break out...
Also I would suggest making a few sample works before you commit to putting the effort required for this sort of thing. Take the time to make a few short scenes and get a taste for the actual effort required for this sort of thing. Team Four Star...who are the like...default example for abridging...have been doing this for 5+ years. At this point the massive effort required to put an episode together is more or less routine for them. More then likely they too had to start off by making a few short scenes and stuff that were never released just to get a feel for the difficulty behind it.
So while I would love to offer you my support and assistance I would like to see at least a couple of short scenes that you yourself do. Just to see that you are serious enough about this idea to put in the time and effort to really learn the complexities this involves.
