Where do we Shunko from here? (Shunko discussion)

Alright, let's discuss the elephant in the room that has been brought up many times, but no one has been able to fully resolve. Let's get some Fulfillment on the matter of the lack of a guide. To begin with, for those knew to BG, we have a different history of Shunko. It was invented by Kiriko "Fulfillment" Chinda during her time as a Shinigami before she since transcended, however how others got Shunko was up to them.
To explain what Shunko is (to satisfy those in the crowd who believe you need master Hakuda to obtain Shunko), Shunko is literally just manipulating reiryoku and your own energy, hakuda and the body are just a medium to use. Now, every Shunko is different to everyone, however after doing some reading, I think I narrowed things down to what we can asses as a universal foundation.
Since we have so few examples, I'd like to bring up my research sources so we can get a better look at Shunko, Fulfillment, Shun Minamoto, and Kohara Hi-to
Fulfillment used her very Hakuda related and engulfed her entire body in it. A clad type Shunko, one that involved her flexing her reiatsu over her entire body and enhanced her hakuda.
Shun Minamoto used his very Zanjutsu related as he channeled it into his blade. A weapon type Shunko, Shun innovated his Shunko into compressing his reiatsu into his blade and down the line when he masters it, potentially turning it into a ranged attack akin to the bleach canon getsuga tensho (feel free to correct me if I misread that) and later, a giant aura.
Hi-to was a unique one, he mixed his with Kaido and created a Shunko based kido and created a healing-clad hybrid Shunko in the process.
Examining all of these carefully, there is a repetition of mixing manipulation of reiryoku with another skill, usually they've all been mixed in as individual skills, difficult to create a basis for. However what if we step back, and cut out the parent skill and create a universal application of how energy can be applied, or for those who want shunko for simpler purposes create a Shunko basis for the universal skills vaguely but keep room for improvement, and for those like Hi-to, will have to create it completely on their own.
Before someone jumps the gun (probably me) and tries to write a "how to Shunko" guide, I think we should as a community have a discussion on where we want to go. Everyone has their own ideas, but some of us are struggling to go as we can't really figure out a path. This is by no means an attempt to create a strict script, but a guideline outline for Shunko.
