[ ON THE SURFACE ]
Physical Description: Prima is as Hollow as they come. His form is large and grotesque, comprised of pronounced muscle and curvature in all the wrong places. Thin, skeletal legs hold up the sizeable bulk of his torso and arms, resulting in a hideous hourglass figure that seems alien and other-wordly. This haphazard composition of muscle and bone is all hidden beneath a coat of sickly blue flesh that bears little scarring. Ivory fragments litter Prima's being to form a primitive exoskeleton, with prominent plates on his shoulders and a frame of shards around the wide hole that bores through his stomach. In stark contrast to the arbitrary construction of his figure, Prima's mask is sharp, clean and blank. The simple, ovular slate of white rests against the creature’s skin, with two small holes digging through its surface. Prima’s eyes, for all intents and purposes. But their gaze is empty, unreadable, giving little hint towards the thoughts of the monster they belong to.
The Hollow carries himself with a sense of abandon, normally just opting to slouch and toss his weight around as he moves. His gait seems tired, strained, bordering on non-existant, and most of his movements seem painfully forced, with little in the way of motivation to keep his muscles working. Even when enticed by the prospect of a nearby meal, Prima isn't likely to put anything other than force into his actions. His posture is not that of a hunter seeking prey, but rather a glutton seeking the momentary pleasure of a small snack. More notable than the creature's stance, however, is his voice: striking as it may at first seem, it quickly becomes apparent that Prima’s speech is terribly basic. Short, simple words are forced through his mask in a high, raspy tone, occasionally strung into a slurred sentence or two. His dialect comes across as oddly matter-of-fact, far more telling of apparent carelessness than of any motivation or emotion driving it. That being said, when things begin to go wrong, when Prima’s power begins to slip away and the threat of defeat or death begins to loom above him, no amount of vocal control is able to disguise the disgusting snarl of terror and rage behind his every word,, the screech that shatters any semblance of humanity his voice once carried.
Spiritual Description: To those with spiritual sight, Prima is surrounded by a thick, viscous reiatsu. The deep purple energies swath his being and swirl around him slowly, like a whirlpool of slime. His spiritual pressure carries with it a sense of weight and slowness, a feeling of sluggish force, as well as an uncomforting, unnatural chill. Whenever Prima is overtaken by rage or fear, his reiatsu swells and tenses, becoming far more aggressive in its flux, as if attempting to consume its surroundings.
[ BEHIND THE EYES ]
Personality: Simply put, Prima is an animal. A young Hollow still in his most basic stage of development, he retains the sole motivation of filling the void in his soul and quenching the hunger in his stomach. He is a gluttonous creature that is utterly consumed by the primal desire to eat, a desire that has washed away all traces of sympathy from the beast. The brute cares only for himself and his addictions, and is willing to maim, kill and slaughter to fulfill his cravings, all while suppressing any hint of regret in his being. But he also knows his limits, and possesses and insurmountable fear of death, so much so that he is able to quell his hunger in favor of prolonging his life. For all his grotesque monstrosity, Prima is little more than a spineless coward that will do anything to escape danger.
Of course, being a spineless coward for all these years has taught Prima numerous ways of escaping the clutches of death. Years in the harsh deserts of Hueco Mundo have built an independent creature that is more than capable of looking after itself, a creature that knows when to fight, when to run, and how to survive. His run-ins with gods of death and mortal spiritualists have re-enforced his fears and given birth to an understanding of strength in numbers. If it means a higher chance of making it out alive, Prima will gladly travel in groups. If it means that he will get to eat more, Prima will gladly serve a higher power, willing to fight for whatever “cause” directs him to his desires. But this understanding is never quite able to overpower the creature’s selfishness. Should the circumstances favor it, Prima will dispose of his “allies” in the drop of a hat, switching sides or simply acting alone.
However, beneath all the gluttony, all the selfishness, all the layers of fear and anger that swath the monster lies a deep-rooted understanding of what he is; deep down inside, Prima knows that he is an animal. His heart is burdened by the nihilistic feeling that he will never become anything more, that he will never overcome the hunger that ripped the humanity out of him. This feeling conjures a burning envy towards the Arrancar, the mortals and even the shinigami that so foil his kin - all creatures that are capable of rising above the animalistic impulses that Prima falls victim to. Envy can sometimes give birth to a curious fascination, and this is often the case with Prima, a creature that remains blinded to his subdued but growing interest in the mortal races. But above all else, it gives birth to the most genuine, human feeling the creature bears: regret. Not regret over the atrocities he commits, mind, but rather a deep-rooted regret over the fact that he continues to be defeated by his own grotesque nature. All these emotions are easily ripped out of the volatile Hollow, and once it all begins to set in, once the envy begins to consume him, once the regret drowns his core in a nihilistic sorrow, Prima will fall into a fit of blinding rage and fury.
Goals: Prima isn't a creature defined by his visions of the future. Focused on the present, the Hollow is only driven by his most immediate needs and desires. He is ultimately a servant to his hunger, and his truest motivation is to continue to serve, and to stay alive for as long as possible so he may do so. He simply isn't the type of creature to set his mind to any big, ambitious task.
[ GUARDIAN ANGEL ]
Aspect of Death: Gluttony is the core of Prima's being; a powerful, unyielding desire to consume for pleasure rather than necessity, a basic compulsion to have and take more than you need. This is what drives Prima. It is what severed his ties to humanity in life, turning him from a man to an animal that needed to be put down. It is what now controls him in death, ever present and ever unsatisfied. Prima craves the feeling of power that he derives from consuming living creatures, the sense of self-affirmation that lingers on from his past life, but such a craving can only ever result in death if left unchecked. Either his own, or countless others'.
