The Sternritter sat silently, giving every impression of having zoned out, before glancing over at Leon. The man smiled slightly at the stranger's words looking amused.
"Nothing much. I'm just another Quincy in a line of many others. There's not much beyond the norm to see here." he said with a lop-sided smile, it wasn't a lie... not really. Aodh was what he was but the man didn't believe that was anything special or noteworthy. The Quincy was a merely a Knight of the Crown and, admittedly, not a very good one either. He was a soldier who hated fighting, a warrior who despised conflict and a royalist who doubted the wisdom, sometimes even the righteousness, of the throne.
"Sorry if that's a disappointment to you." he chuckled.
He turned his attention to Fáelán and let out a hiss of annoyance as the man left. "Moron. Believing the sensation of merely one's soul being let free is the same as abusing one' s powers." he muttered before shaking his head. "That however...." he added staring up at the retreating form of his cousin "...is stupidity in the extreme." he added as drunks entered and exited the streets. Such showiness was stupid in the city, even if his cousin thought that no one could see him.
Turning his attention back to Calendrea "Told you he was a total idiot." he complained grumpily.
Aodh was beginning to half sober up and the familiar migraine that afflicted him after overindulging was creeping up on him. No doubt he would begin to feel sick soon too. He was done with today. It had been stupid, it had been weakness caused by a weariness that Aodh couldn't really fully wrap his mind around. He was just fed up but this hadn't helped.
"Can we go home now?" he asked Calendrea with a weak smile.
