[ ON THE SURFACE ]
Physical Description: Tall and lean but muscled, his eyes a deep purple turned almost black as if the midnight sky less than void but more than vibrant his iris slitted more snakelike than human, his face what one might consider handsome and alluring, teeth shone white with elongated canines, a scar runs down the bottom left side of his jaw and half connects yet ends rested upon his adams apple, his body hides burns and scars plenty mostly small and non too unseemly but connected sharing the message of a body not always well treated, he tends to stand straight a smile upon his face though hidden deeply a smirk sneaking it's way through, he dresses stylish a man obviously not lacking of culture, his entire being shines bright as a welcome and yet he somehow feels oft cold or un-empathetic once one gets close enough, though not many would for long.
Spiritual Description:The spiritual presence of Aimatos runs like a midnight purple slitted in the middle as if an eye watching
[ BEHIND THE EYES ]
Personality: What one might consider a cold and calculating individual, Aimatos acts chameleonic almost predator-like, slithering his way into groups and situations, his speech is calm and deliberate at most, and always seemingly caring. He seems knowing of things before he truly acts upon much. He holds deep within him an almost losing want to fit in and be one with society and yet as if both sides of one coin his mind also tends to fall itself into a stubborn want for vengeance and a temper hidden nestled beneath the calm exterior. (I'm not the best at writing applications, personalities being what I find hardes as I tend to feel a lot more in tune with developing those aspects of character through rp)
Goals & Achievements: The tale of the basilisk is spread far in myth and legend, through action of Aimatos his nature and how he grew as a boy into man those tales were created, based on his birth his allure and the disappearance and deaths by venom which seemed to follow his path, king of the snakes a title gifted to the mythical creature for which he is the base and also a title for which he wishes not only to keep but uphold, Spreading farther the influence of his tale he wishes to grow as powerful as he can and to bring with him the true wrath of which a basilisk should surely be capable
[ GUARDIAN ANGEL ]
Weapon of Choice: Himself
Power: His powers work with venom both physical and that of the mind, he spreads a dangerous venom that follows him like a trail secreted from both his fangs and his claws. His eyes themselves show a venomous discretion seeping into his opponents mind, that which had came to be known as the gaze of death.
[ LEGACY CREATED ]
Origin:Aimatos grew up alone from birth, and on forth through life, he held no knowledge of families, and thus knew not of love nor hate through younger years. He was born peculiarly birthed near a cockerel who rested upon a snakes egg, It showed him at his youngest age the deadly facts of life, he saw death as quickly as life, he watched as a young boy he himself not yet capable of walking wedged between two rocks, as the egg the cockerel spent so much love and care in looking after hatched and feasted upon the one whom had brought it warmth. He learned from the snake and the cockerel that those who are nurtured do not always deserve nurturing, and that life was as fatal as death itself. He grew up famished always hungry and unable to feed himself as other beings did, He hungered so he fed on meat, but that did not fill him in the least, he hunted but no food could quench the thirst of this child unknowing of the world or of that which he was. He left his forest of damnation eventually, bones protruding, limbs of weakness unworking, he crawled this child of misfortune. Through grass and rock, through mud and sleet no energy to walk he travelled unrelenting for some sense of nourishment. He travelled through towns begging no pity shown he was shooed, a self made walking stick propelling him forward. He spent years this way in weakness and desolation, he grew to be a man without knowing what a man was, he grew to live a life without knowing what life was. Strife however apparent would serve to only be fleeting for this man as he eventually found nourishment. As he was abandoned so too did he abandon hope, and so through the truth of abandonment would he find his feast.
Rise to Power:His first meal or as it would serve to be known meal would be a man who strayed too far from the safety of his village and into the sanctuary of the serpent made man. He hungered so long and in one quick swing it was all but gone though he hungered more he no longer felt weak and poor. He now knew from where his nourishment came and thus too would the legend of the Basilisk unfurl and come into being. The forest of his home becoming the legend many legend would try to partake in perishing this beast from existence. He fed happily on those whom came upon his place of safety his haven and his feasting ground a forest he built to be his own home and the grounds to which he fed in contention. It lasted him time enough, years passed before he felt truly nourished with life and thus began the true journeys of man made serpent king. He travelled through greece a land of mythology and intrigue a land of many different cultural aspects many countries of their own all in contest roaring out. He learned of philosophers and of soldiers. He travelled far and he travelled wide taking part in many of a lands actions and undertakings truly becoming a being of himself all the while the tale of the Basilisk grew as he flew through a life losing the effects of aging in his early 20's.
He learned of his powers shortly after his first feast, his snake like instincts and elongated fangs baring themselves without any conscious thought, his powers came most natural to him and developed upon themselves as he continued through life, feeding and growing, his power merely he himself and the core of his being.
Call to Action: Basiliskos became what he is today through the neglect of those he tried to join the men and women of villages and cities, his loneliness ebbing upon him until he eventually developed into something far less friendly. Having faced starvation for a long time never finding sustenance in that which should have fueled him, he developed an acceptance of the more dark facets of life upon discovering nourishment on the soul of a lone villager. Growing further and further and being pushed away at a constant rate, he traveled he learned mostly self taught but for some rare occurrences. He was drawn to the snake as a symbol of what he was as he watched a snake devouring it's prey remembering that which he saw as a baby and feeling himself drawn and perhaps to some extent faithed to be of a similar vein. As years passed and he watched on from afar he developed a study of humanity and civilisation and eventually began to integrate himself within using it as a way to find himself food and perhaps in some hidden recess to be close with that which he had at least once longed for.
