~Dear Zabel Kohara,
I'm not really used to writing these sorts of letters, so I'm just gonna cut straight to the point. Judging by our last encounter, I think its safe to assume you're aware of our shared project. I suppose we should meet up at some point to discuss it further. I do know that discretion is key, so I figured we could meet in a private location. There's a small clearing off the beaten path towards Sokyoku Hill. I'll mark the spot where you can leave the path and we can meet up there. I won't be up there too early, maybe around 10 or 11 a.m.
Not sure how to end this so yeah, hope to see ya soon.

It was about 10:30 a.m., Shinsei was as punctual as ever. As punctual as he allowed himself to be anyway. He awaited the arrival of his new partner assigned to him by Captain Fujikagi. This was something he had mixed feelings about. Normally when Shinsei was assigned a partner it was for a patrol or mission, and they typically only stuck around for the duration of those things. But this was different, the task Shinsei and his peer were assigned wasn't something that could be achieved in one day. They would be spending a fair amount of time together working on this project. While it wasn't necessarily a bad thing, it could turn sour if the two didn't end up getting along. Shinsei knew how to keep things civil at the least, but even he wasn't a total stone wall when it came to people. Hopefully everything would work out for the better.
He sat cross legged in the middle of the clearing, patiently waiting for his next encounter with Zabel.
'Is she here yetttttt?' Ni~Tsu asked Shinsei, for what seemed like the dozenth time.
'No, she's not. Just give it some time...' He replied, growing ever so more annoyed with Ni~Tsu. It wasn't her fault, she was always impatient, but today she seemed a little more antsy than usual. Perhaps it was because Shinsei was going to meet someone new and she couldn't wait to dish out some advice on how to approach her.
'But I'm boredddddd. Can't we play a game or something while we wait?' Her more audible in his ear rather than in his mind.
'She'll be here soon, just relax...' His thoughts slowly evolving into slight grumbles.
'Oh! I know! We can play I Spy!' Her enthusiasm was a bit overexerted.
"Orrrr we could jus-" His words cut off before he could finish.
'I spy with my little eyeeeeee-' Her persistence tugging at Shinsei's last nerve.
"Could you please just be quiet?!" Shinsei shouted aloud without realizing it. If anyone were around, they were sure to have heard him.
