Translucent appendages pulsating a gentle silver greedily dug themselves into the cold sand. The blob that was the torso nestled itself into a neat heap while feeling around with its limbs. A couple of the Jellyfish floated around the area seemingly excited about this new type of environment. Kasumi felt glad about bringing them here. They really appeared to enjoy the little night out and especially their meals. The majority of the gorgeous creatures were still latched onto the submitted Hollow whose frame seemed to shrink with every passing second. Its bright yellow eyes stared accusingly at the Shinigami who’s wrapped its limbs into a firm Bakudo in order to keep it from jumping up and fleeing into the inky darkness.
“Don’t give me that look.” She grinned with one eyebrow rising. “I know it doesn’t hurt, it only makes you weak.” It probably wouldn’t even kill it, unless they got too carried away and she would keep up the bondage.
“Besides, I’ll make sure that you’ll be fine afterwards.” The same old grin passed her lips. Of course she knew that the canine wouldn’t see being purified as being fine. It’s why she didn’t mention her plan. Not that she was certain it understood her. The eyes carried certain emotions but the only sounds coming from between its fangs were growls.
No speech, no way to communicate.
“Not too far, darlings.” Having noticed two of the smaller Jellyfish wandering off, she let a strand of reiryoku lead them back. They latched onto the energy, licking at it with their tendrils while consuming the cold. She wondered if they thought to be eating ice-cream. Who knew.
Their main meal shuddered. Too weak to put up any more resistance it wailed briefly. No more ceros to fire, she almost said but kept herself from taunting the Hollow. It was still a living being. There was no need to humiliate it (any further).
Feeling one of the Jellyfish landing on her shoulder she tilted her head towards it. A wide smile was painted on her face. “Oh, hi there, little one.” The tone she used suggested a degree of affection. Her fingers gently caressing it only added to that idea. She carefully peeled it off her shoulder and put it in her lap while sitting in the sand. It was oddly cosy, aside from the mewling sounds scattered through time which still came from the prey.
“We’ll go home soon,” she let the little creature in her lap know when it curled a tendril around her clothed thigh.
