Spiritual Description: Describing Seren's reiatsu isn't hard whats so ever, other people's smell like fruit or have a unique color to it, yet Seren, on the other hand, is average in both physical and spiritual description. His reiatsu could be described as a gentle melody that has great crescendos under emotional stress and the lowest of diminuendos when he is going about everyday life. It isn't unique in any sense of the word however it is his own and the blue particles that float around him when released are closer to cyan in color, yet besides the slightly brighter color there isn't anything too spectaculor about it. Yet this isn't a negative, you see an average or unrefined presence could only mean he is but a young soul and with training and honning the sky is the limit and anything is possible.Perhaps over the years and the various expe
[ BEHIND THE EYES ]
Personality: Describe who your character is and how they interact with the world. This doesn’t necessarily include what they like or dislike, unless those opinions have an actual effect on the character. That is to say, including that they like to watch it rain is rather useless, however saying they are a hollow sympathizer is certainly worth mentioning. Take into consideration things that will actually be relevant to the story you’re telling and information other thread partners would want to see out of your character. This is where you justify the things you want to do.
Goals & Achievements: This is where you briefly talk about things your character has done in the past, or things they want to do. Please note that you cannot have had any previous position of notable power (such as lieutenant or captain), however mentioning that you were once a seated officer in a certain division is very relevant information. This is a very good place to start a foundation of your story and make notes on the general direction of where you want to go with your character. Above all else, keep your goals reasonable; it was be a little ludicrous to go out the gate wanting to be Captain Commander. However, feel free to update this as you progress, so players have easy access to your current plans and accomplishments.
[ GUARDIAN ANGEL ]
Quincy Cross: The source of your power and typically a symbol among your Quincy family. Even if you’re not born to a Quincy family, all Quincy manage to stumble upon their cross at some point in their life, thus allowing them to channel their powers through it and summon their spirit weapon. Typically, the cross takes on the form of a pentagram or a Christian cross, though it can look like anything.
Power: A brief (1-2 sentences) summary of your power. This only needs to be as complex or as simple as you want it to be, but remember that the full write up belongs in your second post!
Spirit Weapon: Made purely from the surrounding Reishi, your spirit weapon is the tool in which you fight with. Typically speaking, this is a ranged weapon or something that has ranged capabilities. Starting out, the weapon should be relatively vague and not a “physical” object. It isn’t until you have a refined Spirit Weapon (second release) that your weapon takes on a physical form
[ LEGACY CREATED ]
Origin: Born in the coastal town known as Swansea in the country of Wales, Seren was an only child. His parents were a lovely young couple that each held respectable jobs, his mother a neurologist and his father a police officer. Each of them deeply cared for their new-born son and promised the world to him, they would provide no matter what and that was the foundation that Seren was raised on. The name Seren was quite unique to give their first son however, it was but a memento of the fateful night his parents met under the shooting stars that graced the countryside every so often.
Seren grew up quite comfortable along the coastal side of Wales however his time here was short as the Enki family had decided to travel back to their home country of Germany. His mother easily found a new job and after time his father picked up a shabby little gig as the local sheriff. The three of them lived with second cousins on his father side and Seren grew alongside two other males, their names being: Luca and Niklas.
Seren got along with his twins wonderfully, they were the siblings he never had and strove to be like them. This caused a conflict for the child, because, at the age of twelve his parents had moved back to Wales due to a job offer his mother got. Giving the young child the choice to return with them or stay in Germany with his distant-family was a tough choice, but a yearning for adventure was ultimately the deciding factor for Seren to stay. Living away from his parents while tough at first was an exciting adventure yet what Seren didn’t realize was how strict his new caretakers were.
The more they forced him to study and develop the more he resisted, yet he compiled often as he learned over time it wasn’t worth to rebel against their strict moral code and teachings. This, however, did not stop the young Seren from getting up to mischief, it, however, was just more refined now and focused. His two cousins were the same, while they were hard-working individuals, they also shared a more rebellious nature which often resulted in the three exploring the city of Cologne quite often.
There was one subject that held Seren’s attention and that was linguistics, Japanese was a passion of his. He loved the Japanese culture and the stories of samurais and ninjas, they were in a sense charming and with Seren’s wanderlust, he decided upon leaving high school he would travel all over Japan and put his linguistic skills to the test. His cousins found out about this idea and persuaded his parents to support a month-long trip around Japan if the three had completed school with exceptional grades. The fires were lit beneath him and with a burning desire completing school within the top percentile of his classes while hard seemed easy.
Rise to Power: Traveling to Japan was a dream finally realised upon graduating school, it honestly felt like the moment he was given his certificate he was on a plane with his cousins. The trio were booming with excitement, it was written all over their face if it had not been for the fact the three spoke Japanese as fluent as any non-native speaker it would have been difficult to tell them apart from any normal tourist.
The almost eleven-hour flight was filled with sleeping and with that they had landed in Osaka. The next few weeks the three of them travelled around to various locations, doing the normal tourist stuff without the need of having a guide hold their hand. The freedom Seren experienced was unmatched, he loved the country until the fateful weekend when both Luca and Niklas had heard rumours about a town that held plenty of ghost rumours. The cousin’s curious nature had lead to their downfall as two nights after arriving they were brutally murdered. Mangled corpses were found never a riverbank and the police had no leads. News reached Seren (who was in Kyoto at the time). Seren had to tell his relatives about the teenager’s death and they blamed him in a fit of anger and woe.
Seren had also lost his two best friends but that didn’t matter to anyone, he was responsible in their eyes yet the people that blamed him failed to realise that he too would of also have died that fateful night if he was with them. It was a cruel twist of fate indeed for the teenage boy. He had two weeks left before he was supposed to return to Germany. Seren spent the remaining two weeks traveling to Karakura town and uncovering more about what happened to his cousins due to the incompetent police providing next to no evidence.
Searching high and low, sleeping around where their bodies were found Seren truly was lost. It would be but fate that the same predator would come back to stalk that same area and the next thing he knew he was but attacked by something words could not truly describe. Such grotesque features, the smell of dry blood filled his senses as Seren felt a sensation what could only be described as an outer body experience. Right before his eyes blue particles clung to his hands and the silver necklace his mother had given him was floating as if a mystical energy kept it in front of him.
These particles started to form a large longbow and the next thing he distinctively remembers was firing a barrage of arrows made of this blue energy at the monster before him. Feral screams filled his senses and Seren passed out, by the time he woke up he was ok. A few scratches here and there and with a hazy memory of what happened had only left more answers for him.
Call to Action: He missed his flight back to Germany by choice, Seren needed answers to what was happening to him and the world around him. These blue particles manifested more and more and Seren can swear he has seen numerous black monsters within Karakura town. Yet there are those with swords who fight and defend the city, or so that appears to be the case. Seren truly has no idea what is happening nor why, he has this power but what he does know is that there are people who don’t realise this is happening in the world around them. This meant that Karakura did live up to its ‘haunted’ rumours that were spread around online.
Deciding it was worth staying here even if it was illegal wasn’t a tough choice, adventure was always fun but Seren had a more serious objective. An inkling that something greater was happening in a world he never knew about plagued his mind, consumed him to the point of where he had to find answers and the once carefree boy was now had an objective that wasn’t just a little goal. If his hunch was right these monsters, the energy he could manipulate somewhat was all related and he had to explore its depths and find out everything he could.
Curiosity killed the cat, Seren hopes he isn’t the cat…

Physical Description: Describe how your character looks, sounds, smells, and acts like. Try to focus on the key aspects of a character, such as their body build, demeanor, and vocal patterns, and stray away from useless information that won’t be brought up in a typical thread. This description should be very cleanly written, but not come off as a checklist of features. Try to mesh all of the parts together to create a coherent thought.
