Janus didn't look flattering this morning. Her eye was back to melted wax again sealed shut and appearing as a scar burn, as it did on occasion from her wounded spirit, she wore her usual slacks and a vest with a bow-tie that could be easily mistaken for male or female. Her bangles were on her arms and she had the usual pair of headphones and earrings around. The Diviner walked back into the small office building she had purchased by means of definitely cheating as she gambled as she sifted through the day. The problem with seeing everything that happened all the time was that nothing was actually that interesting most days. She yawned and moved a box from one side of the room to the other before opening it. She had another few hours of waiting for deliveries and whatever else was on the docket. It would probably take her quite a bit of time to get the place opened. She had gotten the idea from the Queen of the Quincy, Raphael and Jeremy, and Rick. The concept of a front for supernatural stuff seemed pretty darn cool to her. Though, Janus did not have pocket dimensions or other things of stupidly insane power that broke the very fabric of what she considered reality itself.
She turned on some music as she stared at the walls for a few minutes, annoying rock streaming in from some European band that most people had not heard of. She thought they would be the next big thing, which was probably the only time her powers didn't really work. When she thought about things like that. Janus moved another box slowly over to the other side of the room and then went sifting through them to find her paintings that she had gotten redone by her favorite artist. She used to have a ton of them up in her bed and breakfast and her restaurant, which had been blown the hell up by Raphael. Janus frowned at that memory and scanned the future again before going back to digging inside the box.
A few boxes, and an annoying amount of time later, Janus had put up the first few pieces of artwork on the walls of the decent sized office. This was a slow and demanding task for a Diviner, after all she could just see a future where it was done, unfortunately she had to do the work to get it there. Janus found herself yawning after a good amount of time and then decided it was time for lunch. Mainly because she was honestly really bored of seeing the future of her working the entire day and not getting much closer than she had for the past few days. The ability to see boredom in stereo was not as fun as she thought it could be.
So she grabbed a small salad for lunch at the diner down the street. She would have gotten a bento or something but she was still diabetic. Janus tossed a few units of insulin in and headed back to her new office. She still needed to pain the name when she thought of one on the wall and get everything else set up. Though, it was a process anyway. The Diviner yawned as someone pinged her divination and she waited for the young woman to finish deciding whether or not to approach her. So instead she vanished, reappearing in front of the young tomboy and blinking a few times. She put on her best male voice and nodded politely. "Yes, I am like you. My name is Janus DiNapoli. No, I am not Japanese. Why do you care that much? And who might you be my dear?" The odd part about Janus' speech was the fact that she disconnected from time, allowing herself to word vomit answers to questions that may or may not have been asked. Simply because she was covering her bases of timelines.
