Things had begun growing strange for the young Hiroto Kobayashi. His days plagued with unusual sights and sounds that he couldn't even begin to explain. Finding himself seated at the very top of a spiraling forest stair-case. He looked off over the bright lights of the city, while catching his breath from the long trek up to the dilapidated shrine. Already having crossed alien's off of his outlandish explanation list The blue-haired youth settled his sights upon the only other possible explanation- ghosts. And thus decided he was going to capture one!
The problem of course being that he had absolutely no idea where to begin. Pushing himself up he muttered to himself, irritated and exhausted. He continued the walk up the hill towards the chipped, faded archway. "What the heck am I doing up here..?" Hiroto pushing his frail physique quite a bit with the climb itself was pathetically out of breath as he finally reached the top. Scraping his shoes against the worn pathway he stretched upwards and let out a "AAAARGH!" The shrill tone of his voice carrying over the quiet night-air, spooking assorted forest creatures from their lurking spots. The sounds of cracking branches joining in the symphony of the cicadas.
Following the loud outburst he regained his bearings. Startled by one of the creatures flying free from the trees and losing his balance on that tentative last step. "Wuhhah!" Fortunately he had some relative practice with falling on his face and rather than tumbling back, pushed himself into a forwards roll. His modest, brand-less attire ruffled and dirtied by the fall. He didn't find himself injured following the humbling tumble. Pushing himself back up to his wobbly feet he went to continue his treacherous trek. Deciding that he came all that way, He might as well reach the top to at the very least- enjoy the view.
