ok...i dont know how this works....but...i am asking, if there are any really artfully gifted people......if they could help me...tih finding...or if they could draw.......a charrie pic for my quincy.

A description (possibly copy/pasted straight out of your app, people are lazy and won't want to go find it for themselves) would be a big help here. Gives people a frame of reference to jog their memory on applicable characters/images they may have seen in the past, or to inspire someone who may be willing to do the art or go hunting for an approximation of the character somewhere online.

like a strange doll, she dons the fiercest and yet darkest of attires. the clothes she adorns, are strange. She wears clothes pertain to STEAM PUNK. She dons a gas mask, with separate goggles. A trench coat, a corset that must be strapped and latched, leather sleeves that strap and latch to the corset, and strap and latch pants. All the latches are controlled by a form of “reishi steam” that she creates when she pressurizes her reishi. The goggles, have shutters like a camera. These allow her to zoom in and out on the subjects she is studying/ torturing. basically....see if...it is possible to incorporate steam punk...into clasps and leather.....she has very cold, dark, deep green eyes,and bright, ash grey hair. i dont know if this really helps......but, i hope so.

then just use both pics in your application for reference purposes and take one as avatar or so^^ alternatively you can try deviantart (but everybody probably already told you that). as rare as it sounds: sometimes photobucket has a treat too.
that sounds most promising ichiro.......though, i haveth no funds. if funds are required... (yes. i went old English...kinda...i find it fun to add eth and ye and yea.)

If you don't like it, I can easily make a new one. Since I love to draw so much I won't care even if I need to re-draw a milion times.
However, I got 2 more projects going on (my new Human and a Naruto character for a friend from a other site) so it might take me a few days to complete your drawing.
