It was stupid, what she was doing. Stupid and sentimental, but of course, that was not about to stop her from doing it, now was it? She held back the sigh she felt coming on as she stared at the entrance to the Second Division. Of course, she had not told a soul she was coming, mostly because of the fact that she did not put too much faith into things such as arranged meetings. There was no telling how long it would take her to try and talk to Kiriko if she did that, and besides, given that this was not really official business, Lessa very much doubted her request would be anywhere near the top. So then, there was only one thing she could do, and that was to demand to see the Lieutenant and not go away until she did.
That task, however, would be much more difficult than it would have been when, say, Kyousuke was still around, and not over in Hueco Mundo overseeing everything. Kiriko was the acting Captain now, she had to have lots to do, Lessa knew that. But that did not mean she was going to go away dejected, not at all! Still though, what exactly was she supposed to do here? It was unlikely that shouting at the division would get Kiriko to come out, if she was even in there. And if she was in there, there was no telling just how much paperwork she might be buried under. It was tricky indeed, and from what Lessa could see, there was nothing she could do that would give her a surefire way of meeting Kiriko RIGHT THEN.
Hell, even if they did meet, Lessa wasn't sure where to go with the conversation. It wasn't as if she could mention Kyousuke was like a brother to her. Not without getting prodded about it, and if there was anything she didn't need, it was someone prodding at her Vaizard nature, even without meaning to. Right...enough thinking about it, she had to do something, otherwise she was going to lose it. Still, despite saying that, she still had no idea what to do. Well, she guessed anything would be good at that point, especially since she was just standing there. Lessa was glad this area of the Soul Society was not a very popular one, otherwise people would probably just be staring at her and her indecisiveness.
"Oi, Kiriko or whatever your face is! I wanna talk to you! I'm a friend of Kyousuke's, so I figure meeting the friends of my friend is a good idea!" Lessa called out, managing to not cringe despite just how lame and stupid that sounded to her ears. Hopefully this woman did not have the same opinion of her speech as she herself did, though, and deigned to come out and talk to her. Unlikely, but she was hoping! Plus, she was also hoping that the notion of Kyousuke, of all people, having a friend would intrigue Kiriko greatly. "Well!?" she called out again.
