The translation might be a bit weird, but you could use 曲管剣, Kyokukanken. The first part means, strictly speaking, "curved pipe", but it can be treated as "siphon" as well. It beats using the loanword サイフォン, Saifon, at least.
Google translate shows the word "Renko" means Blast 連呼, what word along with that would be Saint? Or the term "Blast Saint"?
連呼 consists of the Kanji for "call out" and "join, clique, connect", thus translates to "calling repeatedly". 爆破聖 (Bakuhasei) is probably a better translation, as it can be read as "explosive blast saint", but just remove "explosive" from the reading if you see it as unnecessary.
Could I bother you for "Ring of Perdition", "Garden of Confession" and "Salvation", Agnes? Chesh loves you bunches!!
Okay, I know that Calais has a French theme, so I'm uncertain if you want translations to French or to Japanese, as I can provide both, with less skill in the former, if that's the case. I'll just go ahead and do it and you can do as you see fit with them.
The first one is really dependent on what sort of type of "ring" you are referring to. In Japanese, the nouns between finger ring and something shaped like a circle (ring) are completely different, and thus require different translations. If it's the latter, you can use 地獄輪 (Jigokuwa) or 地獄円 (Jigokuen). Both mean "Ring of Perdition", although it uses the Kanji for "hell", since it's the closest analogue to the English word perdition from what I've seen. If it's the former, the more complex 地獄の指輪 (Jigoku no Yubiwa) is the most apparent alternative. In French it's "Bague de la Perdition", I believe (I'm so rusty, oh god).
For the second one, you can use 告白庭 (Kokuhakutei) for Japanese and Jardin des Confessions for French (I'm more certain about the former than the latter ahaha).
Lastly, you can use 救い (Sukui) or 救世 (Kyuusei), if you feel a bit fancy. Salvation as a concept is just "Le Salut" in French, if I do recall correctly.

Or that wants to "borrow" an anime series you have, then you never see it again. Seriously though, This service here is freaking awesome thanks for the help ^_^. It's good to know that I can use it rather than accidentally butcher a language when thinking of names / techniques ^_^.

probably something like
霊を縛った布 rei wo shibatta nuno
霊 'rei' for soul 縛った 'shibaru' for "to bind/tie" put in past tense for "bound" & short form so that is qualifies the noun: 布 'nuno' for cloth but somebody smarter might correct me~

What might an applicable translation be for 'spirit's ballista'?
As you can probably guess from the name, in the modern Japanese language ballista is just transcribed as バリスタ (Barisuta). However, after a bit of digging, I have found some historical names for ballistas that have been used in Japanese that might aid you in a proper translation. 弩砲 (Dohō) is an old word that's not used much, to the best of my knowledge, but the symbols combined literally translate to "bow cannon". So combine that with 霊 (rei), and you can get 霊弩砲 (Reidohō), which would fit your needs.
You can use the more recent but still archaic 投石器 (Tōsekiki) and combine that with 霊, but I'd find that to be somewhat of a mouthful, so I recommend the former.

out of curiosity, what would translations for bliss, ignorance, and ecstasy be?
至福 (Shifuku), 不案内 (Fuannai) and 恍惚 (Kōkotsu) respectively. Note that the first translation technically means "supreme bliss", and as such is a very strong sensation, but it might work.
