[One of the new rules is IC/OOC differentiation. Everyone will be asked to make a separate alias if they don't already have one. Mine has been Speck on other sites for over 2 years now so I'll use that.]
Why would you make this an actual rule? ._____________________.
We've changed into an AU site which means that no canon characters will be found here on BG (we do have the exception of Urahara for plot reasons but you'll all find out more about that soon enough)
Because clearly no canon characters at all means keeping one of the major canon characters, amirite.
A new topic system. It's been elaborated in another topic but I'll mention it anyhow. We've got a new topic system that, in a nutshell, means that members will be allowed to make their own topics.
What kind of archaic forum was BG where you couldn't even make your own topics?
You have been warned, even if you have spent a lot of time and work, it will be removed as that means you have not read the tech guide properly. Aslo dont forget there will be another PASSWORD hidden, so without you mentioing it in the correct area, your techs will not be approved!
>Passwords >2010
wtf was BG doing? ._.
spending most of its time being complete shit, that's what
and then yours truly along with his main man brova came along and did something (a lot of things, actually) about it
She's talking about a different sort of password, where you had to include it in your application somewhere as an indicator that you've read the rules. It was buried in a random topic. Horrifying.

We really have a password for that? Huh. Logged in members must be able to see the application templates regardless then, considering I cleared all my cookies/cache recently and still can access that forum without a password.
...still horrifying though, considering how many topics we have in the rules forum.

thank me later
or now, now is cool too
Don't you just love how I get left out of this stuff? Not only was I a major contributor to change (and the guy who mechanized the skill system Tova conceived), and the guy who came up with the Tiers of Comparison concept, I was also part of the crew conceptualizing the UruKyouTova takeover, and a significant idea guy for the team.
Rules which I reject (by agreeing to a thread with me, you are agreeing to fight by these rules.)
* Dodging is a simple Speed stat vs Attack Speed check, there is no skill check involved in whether or not a dodge is successful.
